„Pleasantly surprised. Property was uniquely set up, with many choices of room types. Motel style, cottage style, etc. I'm guessing a young couple bought it and are refurbishing it themselves, a little at a time. It's going to need more work, but it was very spacious, comfortable and quiet. It had a little kitchenette, a king bed and a single bed. „We came to Maine from Ohio for our first time. We had a great stay. This condo is about 3 miles from Old Orchard Beach and Ferry Beach State Park. It’s very close to lots of restaurants and shops. It was very clean and everything was new. We had a small issue with the lock on the door but the owners were there in 10 minutes to fix it. I would recommend this condo to others and would stay here again! “
