Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, das Haus und der Garten werden gut gepflegt, aber: das Personal verhält sich unkooperativ und bürokratisch! Laut Beschreibung sollte ein Innenpool verfügbar sein. Für dessen Nutzung wollte das Personal 20,- EUR pro Stunde und Person abrufen!! Selbst nach hartnäckiger Nachfrage war kein Entgegenkommen möglich. Dasselbe bei dem hoteleigenen Strand: auch hier wollte man 20,- EUR pro Tag abrufen. Die Kosten waren nicht transparent - für mich ist das nichts Anderes als Abzocke. Das Frühstück war - für italienische Verhältnisse - ganz OK, aber für den hohen Preis hätte man mehr erwartet. Kurz gesagt: Lage super, Preis/Leistung miserabel, Personal unfreundlich. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht geeignet.

Grazie del suo commento. La Spa in esclusiva con vasca idromassaggio e bagnoturco, candele musica in filodiffusione e area in esclusiva per un ora ha un costo di euro 20 a persona. La spiaggia con ombrelloni e lettini e servizio di navetta andata e ritorno ha un prezzo a camera di euro 20 . Giardino e location sul lago per il relax e la tranquillità dei nostri ospiti. Accoglienza e ospitalità da parte di tutto il nostro staff

La peculiarità della nostra location è la calma e la tranquillità. Quando abbiamo eventi con musica fino all'una di notte viene sempre comunicato all'ospite in sede di prenotazione. Siamo felice che la camera e la location sia stata di vostro gradimento

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön und abgeschieden, so dass es wundervoll ruhig ist und einem erholsamen Urlaub nichts im Wege steht. Bei Ankunft war unser Zimmer noch nicht ganz fertig und wir haben im Gartenrestaurant einen Espresso, einen Cappuccino und ein kleines Wasser bestellt, hierfür wurden € 9,00 aufgerufen, was für italienische Verhältnisse sehr teuer ist und die Qualität leider nicht entsprechend gut war. Kleine Probleme wurden von der Hotelleitung sofort erledigt, da wir insgesamt 9 Nächte dort waren, erhielten wir ein upgrade, was toll war.Schlafkomfort exzellent Das Personal suuper nett, Rezeption sehr bemüht und hilfreich, alles toll. Frühstück- ein kleine Manko: sehr monoton, soll heißen leider täglich immer das gleiche Essen, nur der Kuchen variierte, das ist für ein derartiges Haus etwas mau. Restaurant haben wir nicht besucht. Viele Veranstaltungen und Hochzeiten, aber immer in gemäßigtem Rahmen, also nie störend, das war schon besonders. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Hotel, dass wir wieder besuchen würden, haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Strand sehr nah, mit Shuttle-Service, falls gewünscht, also alles in Allem TOP!!

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits des grossen Rummels,
Ausserordentlich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Kein Vergleich mit Rom. Obwohl der Preis im oberen Segment liegt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Auch hier schneidet das Hotel besser ab. Die abgegebene Empfehlung für das Nachtessen im "L'Argonauto" in San Felice war ein absoluter Volltreffer. Jederzeit zu empfehlen!

not so charming hotel - 2 Star I booked three Superior rooms for a two-night stay for my family in mid-July. The hotel website advertised a pool and beach access, an important factor in our selection. In fact, while the hotel has a lovely garden and friendly staff, it does not have an actual pool – only a spa that can be booked for a fee. Guests who book through Expedia are furthermore excluded from access to the beach unless they pay extra because, we were told, that is only for the hotel’s guests which we apparently were not (we were invited to take it up with Expedia). The supposedly superior rooms (at 230 EUR/night) were standard at best and substandard in some cases (one of the bathrooms was so small that the open door grazed the sink; one of the TVs was a small computer screen) and the air conditioning was not working properly – a particular problem since we had a three-month-old baby with us. We spent the best part of the day chasing after the staff to get the air con up, with repeated assurances that it had been fixed while it had not. The next day my husband and I we were moved to another room while the others exchanged rooms among themselves so that the baby could stay in the relatively better conditioned room. Despite pleasant surroundings, facilities and services are not 4 star, and we felt grossly overcharged. will not return and do not recommend.

A maggio durante il suo soggiorno l'aria condizionata in tutto l'Hotel ancora non era operativa.Non abbiamo piscina ma solo vasca idromassaggio in un angolo del benessere all' interno della struttura insieme al bagno turco in esclusiva per un ora al prezzo di euro 20 a. persona ( con accappatoi ciabattine tisana musica e candele .........Il servizio di spiaggia con ombrellone e lettini e servizio di navetta andata e ritorno ha un costo supplementare rispetto alla camera

Hotel di charme situato in modo incantevole sul lago di Sabaudia. Molto tranquillo. Molto curato nei particolari nelle zone comuni, specie nel periodo di Pasqua! Bellissimo il prato davanti alla struttura, con accesso al lago. Colazione molto variata, eccezionale a Pasqua. Personale di servizio a colazione molto gentile, attento e preciso, così anche alla reception. Unico neo un po’ spartane le camere con pochi accessori in dotazione: i balconi con vista sul lago compensavano ampiamente!

4 stelle al potenziale della struttura e 2 stelle alla gestione. La camera pubblicizzata come 15mq arrivava a malapena a 12mq, il passeggino non passava neanche tra il muro ed i piedi del letto. All’arrivo era sporca a terra, sui suppellettili c’era polvere e manate lasciate sullo specchio sopra il letto. Ho chiesto di farla pulire ed al mio ritorno avevano pulito solamente lo specchio non curandosi della polvere che è rimasta lì sostanzialmente tutto il nostro soggiorno (7giorni) nonostante la pulizia giornaliera. La location in se è piacevole e la colazione sul patio esterno altrettanto, ma la disomogeneità tra location e servizi offerti è notevole.

Romanticissimo hotel con giardino sul lago
Hotel molto carino, con una posizione stupenda sul lago di Sabaudia. Il giardino ben attrezzato e splendidamente curato, con due discese sul lago con lettini e ombrellone per rilassarsi sulle rive del lago. Camera spaziosa (abbiamo soggiornato in una superior) e pulita, con terrazzino, ma per niente insonorizzata. Colazione varia e con prodotti di qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile. Forse il prezzo (150 euro per una notte a settembre) è un po' alto visto che la concorrenza nella zona non è male, ma l'esperienza è stata senza dubbio molto molto piacevole!

Ottima accoglienza ma camera da dimenticare
Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. In particolare l’autista della navetta che porta al mare molto cordiale e disponibile. Giardino molto bello e curato con affaccio sul lago. Colazione giusto sufficiente per un 4 stelle. La camera, una tragedia. Ci è stata assegnata la 101, di fronte la reception, di fronte la sala colazione e ristorante, affianco l’ascensore e con affaccio sul retro dell’hotel dove si effettuava carico scarico merci. Dormire è stato impossibile. Non abbiamo mai aperto le finestre perché puntualmente, essendo al piano terra, avevamo davanti un addetto dell’hotel. Camera inoltre piccola. Prezzo intorno i 200 euro a notte. Viaggiamo spesso in hotel di lusso, ma anche per i meno esigenti, una camera del genere, a questo prezzo, non è proponibile

l'ultima camera dell hotel disponibile è stata venduta comunicando in anticipo sia prezzo sia il fatto che fosse più rumorosa poiché al piano reception. Speriamo di avervi ospiti nuovamente per scoprire le altre tipologie

Situated on the edge of the picturesque lake and a 2 minute drive, 5 minute cycle from the beautiful stretch of golden sand coastline the hotel is perfectly located. The town is also a five minute drive. This really is a lovely, tastefully designed and furnished hotel located in a beautiful part of Sabaudia. The staff are delightful and very accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. We dined on one of our two evenings at the hotel restaurant, the food was very good, service from the staff spot on and the ambience of the outside table settings so lovely and relaxing. The second evening we arrived late to the hotel and although it was too late to dine the kitchen staff went out of their way to prepare a lovely spread for us and saved the day! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, fully intend a return visit very soon and can not recommend this delightful hotel highly enough to anyone looking for a relaxing break in picturesque surroundings. A real Gem!

Animali ammessi ma con limitazione
L'hotel è bello e caratteristico. Peccato, però, che, nonostante un supplemento di ben 25,00 € a notte per un cagnolino, vi sono poi limitazioni relative all'accesso alla sala ristorante (che oltretutto è esterna e su un prato). L'hotel dichiara che gli animali sono ammessi, ma nella realtà non lo sono davvero, perché è impensabile nel 2018 non poter portare il cane a colazione, pranzo o cena, ormai tutti i ristoranti li accettano e pagare un hotel (con relativo supplemento per il cane) per poi dover uscire a cena, mi sembra insensato.

Glia animali sono accolti nella nostra struttura con delle piccole restrizioni che al ristorante non siano presenti. Sono piccole regole dell'hotel comunicate in sede di prenotazione e l'ospite è liberissimo di accogliere oppure no.

PRENOTAZIONE IN OVER-BOOKING
Esperienza negativa senza mettere in discussione le caratteristiche ottimali della struttura. Perché siamo arrivati in hotel e le camere non c'erano state riservate per over-booking. Nessuno ci aveva avvisato della cosa prima. Siamo stati riprotetti su un altro albergo classificato anch'esso come 4 stelle ma.................che non presentava le stesse caratteristiche di quello scelto inizialmente e prenotato. Queste sono le cose che non devo accadere mai!!!

Området er mest egnet til strandferie. Man må ikke bade i søen ved hotellet. Kedelig by. Aircondition havde ikke fået service længe, så der var ikke den bedste lugt på værelset, når den havde været tændt.

Beautiful Location
We stayed 2 nights in April, ( off-season ) The location is beautiful, on a brackish lake. The Hotel was built in 1960 in a Modern style. The dining room is lovely for breakfast. The room was compact with a sunset facing deck. Bathroom was excellent. There is a spa, but off-season was unusable. Beach is a short walk away. The town has fascinating architecture.
