"Das erste Zimmer hatte einen Wasserschaden,aber wir konnten problemlos das Zimmer wechseln. Leider stimmen aber die Angaben nicht, es gibt keinen Safe im Zimmer und auch keine Verdunklungsvorhänge, da es überhaupt kein Fenster im Zimmer gab. Der Teppich im Flur war dreckig und voller Flecken, machte keinen guten Eindruck. Beim Frühstück fehlt eine Information für ausländische Gäste, dass es auch Suppe und frische Eierspeisen gibt. "

"I recently stayed at Hotel du lac signature, a newly opened property in Hanoi’s Old Town, and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The check-in process was very smooth, including an airport-transfer offer via mail in advance, and the staff were exceptionally attentive, polite, and courteous. They truly made me feel like a valued guest at all times. What stood out most was the consistently high level of guest recognition—several team members greeted us by name, which felt genuinely warm and personalized. Special thanks to manager Thomas and his team for their thoughtful care. The hotel’s location is central in the Old Town, with easy access to the "Silk-Road" and a wide array of dining options within walking distance. The iconic "Train Street" is also nearby, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood. Please note that the rooftop terrace and the second bar were not yet open at the time of our stay, but renderings suggest an exciting additional experience once they debut. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, balcony with view over the old-town, ample lighting, and modern amenities including reliable Wi-Fi. Breakfast offered a very good mix of continental and local options, with fresh fruit and excellent coffee. The pool area provided a relaxing retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, the service quality was exceptional, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel truly valued as guests. "

"It was really a fantastic stay. The location is superb in the heart of old town and within walking distance to most attractions. Hotel is very clean and arranged. Room was clean and superb. All the staff were professional and helpful especially MS. Naomi who helped me doing my trips. Absolutely recommend this great hotel."
