Please do not leave outside of the lodge as this is likely to cause vermin. Your Rubbish is your responsibility and not that of the site owner or its staffNoiseGuests of Roebeck Country Park are required to be reasonably quiet between 11.00pm and 08.00am. Please treat others guests as you would wish to be treated.No loud music must be audible at any time.Children: Persons under 18 years of age are the responsibility of the guardian, parent at all times. It is not the responsibility of Roebeck Country Park or its staff to monitor the safety, behaviour and wellbeing of any person.Playing: Please note there is ample land for children to amuse themselves, whether kicking a football or playing hide and seek in our wooded areas.Smoking: As per UK Law, smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings on site. Do not throw lighted cigarettes into the bins.Fires and Barbecues: Barbeques and controlled camp fires are allowed on site, but they must be kept off the ground and burned in a safe and controlled manner at all times. They must be overseen at all times by a competent adult.Fishing:There is a well-stocked fishing lake on site for the use of our guests, a small charge will be applied.VisitorsAt the discretion of the site owners or its staff, guests may bring their visitors to site between 10am and 18.00 but they must obtain permission from the site warden.General: Roebeck Country Park or its staff shall not be held responsible for non-performance of any of its obligations FORCE MAJEURE under a booking agreement in the event of conditions beyond their control, i.e. flooding, vandalism, industrial disputes, fire, riots, adverse weather, civil dispute, epidemics, health risks or such similar events.Roebeck Country Park will not be held responsible to any guest or visitor for any loss, damage to property or personal injury caused by third parties.TerminationAll bookings are accepted in good faith and we reserve the right to refuse or terminate the stay of any person or persons creating a nuisance to others or breaking any of these terms and conditions.Anyone involved in any activity that is likely to cause damage to another person’s property or injury or loss to people or animals will be removed from the site immediately.
