Room was not up to a decent standard, there was a conference taking place, dining room was packed, no space for my daughter and myself and food was cold due to the amount of people. I will not go there again.

I realy enjoyed everything at sparkling water hotels,the food,stuff and place was awesome. Needs upgrade on beds only but the rest was Ok

A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED
My daughter and I came for a weekend away. We also booked for Spa treatments.. Firstly, I would like to mention all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, there were cobwebs in the bathroom, the shower flower and tiles need a good scrub, the curtains were dirty and dust hanging from the ceiling. The hotel is advertised with free wifi - we were unable to access wifi in the rooms. The Recreation on Site as per the hotels.com website we should have been able to do bicycle rentals on site with mountain biking - when we enquired we were told we were unable to do so. The games room was very dirty with wasps and a sticky pool table and messy carpets, made us not want to return.

Top Notch Service and Hotel
Had an amazing stay at Sparkling Waters Hotel! It's a very lovely hotel, with awesome staff, superb service and cleanliness. Their buffet breakfast is really top notch. Their in-room food service is also top notch. It's a perfect getaway for couples and groups!

Our 40th Wedding Anniversary celebration.
The gardens were beautiful, manicured lawn. The staff is exceptional, well trained, friendly, helpful and kind. My only issue was the bath, I love bathing and the water trickled out extremely slowly and when I got up the handle was just balancing and pulled out of the wall fitting. The spa was lovely, the staff were also wonderful, the facilities fantastic. There are only a few TV channels which was a problem for us and our neighbours were incredibly noisy until 3am, obviously no fault of the hotel. Alos there is no way of contacting reception from the room, no phone. Also no cheese on the breakfast buffet, doesn't worry most people but I love cheese. There was a great variety of food, breadfast is a spread, one doesn't need lunch afterwards! Overall we had a lovely weekend, just love the location and the road is paved up to the entrance. All the waterfalls are beautiful.

Not impressed with Sparking Waters
Sparking Waters Hotel is by far overpriced. The room/comfort really does not warrant the price. One would expect at least a hairdryer in the room, the curtains in the bathroom is very shabby, they definitely do not have enough hooks to hang the curtains neatly. Sparking Waters is undergoing construction at present at this is really not very pleasant. Surely rates could be a little cheaper taking into consideration the construction. Will definitely not spend a night at Sparking Waters again. Overrated by far.

The staff were very friendly & eager to please. The renovations really hampered our stay as they have a make shift kitchen, dining room & bar. Food not very good. The spa on the other hand is world class.

Hotel under construction
Sparkling waters hotel is under renovations. We had a very bad stay as there are builders and sand everywhere. The main hotel is under construction. The dining room is a conference hall.This hotel should not be open to the public now.
