I told her we were celebrating my mom's 70th birthday and she very sweetly had a card and balloons for her in the kitchen! The center of town is very close by. What was particularly helpful was that kitchen cabinets were labeled with where everything was stored making it easier for cooking! One recommendation would be to have a grill on-site.
