The area and neighborhood aren’t bad, just several close by are in process of being updated but many have already been done and look very nice. Great place to stay! Plenty of space for our party of 10, indoors and outdoors. We spent a lot of time outside on the expansive patios and at the dock which sits at the mouth of a large cove on the Tennessee River. „This is a beautifully done new house with a well supplied kitchen. Everything was spotless and in excellent condition. The location is excellent (12 min) for access to the RTJ courses nearby. “

„Wonderful, very clean and relaxing cottage with a fantastic dock right off the backyard. We like to fish and in our spare time we caught a good size and energetic small mouth bass and a nice catfish (catch and release). “

„Wonderful location on an incredible lake. 2 minutes down the road from 36 holes of quality golf. My only complaint is the property needs a little bit more TLC as far as landscaping and cleaning goes. You can tell it’s basically only a quick cleaning crew there before new guests arrive.Overall an incredible place to stay. We were very thankful. “
