The Space
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests with one double bed, one single bed, a sofa bed, and a baby crib. Each room features air conditioning and central heating to keep you comfortable year-round. The living room is bright and inviting, complete with a TV, sofa, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and washing machine. We provide essentials such as bed linens, towels, utensils, toilet paper, shower gel, coffee, and tea—everything to make you feel at home.

Parking
For your convenience, underground parking is available upon request. A private garage under the building ensures your car stays safe and secure. If you have additional vehicles, free parking is available around the building.

Guest Access
You will receive clear instructions for self-check-in via a lock box located at the entrance of the building, allowing you to settle in at your convenience

Important Information
In compliance with the Unified Tourist Information System (ETIS), all guests are kindly asked to complete a registration form with personal details such as identification number (EGN), gender, nationality, full name, date and place of birth, and ID document number. This information is required by the Ministry of Tourism and handled according to national regulations.
