Thanksgiving Dream

Our family of 9 stayed here, but we had 15 adults and 5 children for Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen is equipped with everything including a turkey toaster! And everyone had a seat at the tables. The kids loved being around all the animals-dogs, cats, Shetland pony, horses, and more. They loved being by the river and large outside play areas. My brother was able to hook up his RV. We would love to experience this house and beautiful patio in the summertime!

Great stay

Beautiful and spacious property. Felt really welcoming. Only issue was the gas grill the front burners worked and the back ones didn’t and we had to get the propane tank filled to use the fire pit

Ruidoso trip

We booked thos property for 14 days. It was such a releif from the heat in Texas. We enjoyed our evenings on the back porch overcoming the river. The cozy rustic ca I. Skeptical all of us with plenty of bedding . The kitchen was fully stocked. Appliances all worked, and Ron and Netta were available and very helpful.

Perfect Get Away

The house is everything you need for a comfortable stay, it comfortably fit 14 of us for 5 days plus a bridal party getting ready for a wedding. The kitchen is big and well stocked. The back deck is a HUGE plus. So cool, comfortable, quiet and the creek running makes it very soothing. Beds are all comfortable and the pressure in the showers WAS UNREAL!!! Hope we have a reason to take a group back to Ruidoso and we'll choose this place again.

Large Family Stay

We had the max number of people plus dogs and we were comfortable. The outdoor decks were wonderful and the side yard too. Very close to the races. We enjoyed ourselves.

Racetrack rendezvous

This is the second time we've stayed at this place. Both experiences were extremely enjoyable. We had very helpful and accessible hosts. The space was open, cozy and welcoming. There was plenty of space for us to break out into smaller groups inside and outside the house. We will be staying her again.

Ruidoso Trip

Very very beautiful home and property. Felt at home with the feel of it. Enjoyed plenty of outdoor time with my grandkids..The creek was a hit behind the property. The home is very large. My family loved the wood throughout the home. If anyone is looking to enjoy quit family time this is the place. All the stores are within 5-10 minute drive. Would love to see it in winter, with the snow. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very clean and fun place

The property is well kept and very clean! Great yard for playing cams relaxing with lists of shady spots! The beds were very comfortable and even though there are only 3 bathrooms for a large group there are areas to get ready in. Would definitely recommend!

The perfect wedding reception

We had our wedding reception on the property and it was beautiful! The home is very large and charming. The grounds are relaxing and gorgeous with the surrounding farms and river making it the perfect getaway! Our reception was better then I pictured it and we had plenty of space. The Coleman’s have a wonderful home for large families to make memories, lots of laughter, sharing meals, playing games, and relaxing. Close enough to all that Ruidoso has to offer and also out of town for peace and quiet.
