„The property is well maintained and conveniently located just a short walk from the Musanze bus terminal. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The food prepared by the guest house cook was excellent! Our only concern was the lack of hot water in the shower, but that may have been due to the fact that we didn't know to plug in the water heater.“

„The staff are responsive and kind, the grounds are lovely, and the rooms were nice. “

„The house is a 15-20’ walk from the center. Difficult to communicate with the lady (no French, little English) but her husband speaks fluent French. Excellent breakfast, clean and spacious room.“

„I had a great time at Virunga Homestay, I initially only booked for a few nights but then stayed over a week. Francis is a very considerate, helpful, and accommodating host. The place is very clean, spacious and quiet. The homestay has good wifi and warm showers and the breakfast was wonderful, I highly recommend it. I will definitely come back. “

„We had such a great time here! Property felt safe and welcoming. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable and water was hot for a few minutes. Michael is genuinely the most hospitable person I have ever met on the road. He offered to pick us up from the bus station when we arrived, arranged transportation to and from the national park, and even invited us into his own home for breakfast. He went above and beyond for us and I would go so far as to call him our good friend. Would ...

I was forced to book another hotel last-minute. That alone would have been manageable, but the real issue is that the property provided no way to resolve the situation. They never answered their phone, ignored messages, and even when Expedia tried to reach them directly, there was no response. As a result, I was unable to cancel and lost over ...

„Löcher in Moskitonetzen, Loch in der Duschwanne, Preis / Leistung stehen nicht in Relation.“

„The staff was the best part. They were so accommodating and friendly. The garden was also beautiful and the food was amazing. Highly recommend. “

„The lodge does not actually exist. We arrived at the building, and the outside matched the pictures. However there was no sign and no staff at the place. With the assistance of some helpful neighbours from the street, we learned that it was available for long term rental. A supervisor (who arrived on bike after being called by one of the neighbours) opened the gates so that we could see the “lodge”. It was completely empty and bereft of any furniture). There was no response from the property ...

„Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned each day and the breakfast was prepared well and largely on time as requested“

„Undvik! Felplacerat på Google Maps och hotels.com. Inga skyltar “

„Snow Hotel hade ingen bokning på oss genom hotels.com. när vi anlände trots att vi bokat och pengar dragits. Inget som stod på hotels.com. stämde med verkligheten förutom namn och adress. Det som annonseras på hotels.com är inte det verkliga snow Hotel. Bilden stämmer ej, faciliteterna stämmer ej. Vi fick boka och betala ett rum på plats, trevlig personal och ok standard för priset. “
