Villa Albarosa by Perle di Puglia

It`s in the heart of southern Salento, halfway between the beaches on the Ionian sea and the Adriatic Coast. Villa Albarosa is in the countryside of Ruffano, near the city centre. The luxury villa has a saltwater pool and other modern accessories such as wifi connection and air conditioning in every room. It`s wheelchair-friendly and it can accommodate up to 14 guests. Pets are allowed.

By the big turquoise saltwater pool with hydromassage and double access (steps and slide), there is a beautiful solarium area with beach beds and umbrellas.

Moreover, there is an outdoor dining area under a gazebo, a kitchenette with barbecue, a large bathroom with shower and the dainty fencing hedge and lawn. There is a parking space. The villa is entirely fenced, it has safe and alarm system.

From the big living room with open kitchen, to the four double bedrooms with television and ensuite bathroom, every detail of Villa Albarosa was imagined to guarantee comfort and make you feel cozy. In the living room thre is a sofa bed for two and a big dining table for 14 people. The open kitchen has electric oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

A hallway divides the living room from the sleeping area, with 4 spacious double bedroom and ensuite bathrooms. Moreover, there is an accessible bathroom with washgin machine. In each bedroom it is possible to add a baby cot, a camp bed or bunk beds, for a total of 14 bed accommodations (4 with surcharge).

Villa Albarosa is in Ruffano, a dainty town with the main amenities and a beautiful old town centre. The villa is near the city centre, while the Adriatic coast and the beaches on the Ionian coast such as Torre San Giovanni, are 15 kilometers away. The villa is a short drive away from other tourist locations such as Gallipoli (29 kilometers), Santa Maria di Leuca (26 kilometers), Castro (18 kilometers) and Otranto (35 kilometers).

 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 10 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
