„The host, Jen, was super friendly. You’re literally right on her farm so you see her out and about regularly with the animals. My son loved being able to roam around and see the chickens, especially. The old 1800s cabin is super cool. Just an all around awesome time unplugging from the world and reconnecting with family. “

„This property was one of the best we have stayed at. It was everything we needed, the bedroom and bathroom luxurious. The kitchen area was the perfect size, stocked with a choice of coffees, teas and snacks. It’s perfectly located to go to the many wineries, restaurants and shopping in the area, It is an easy drive into Charlottesville. Our hostess was great, texting to check if we needed anything. I highly recommend a stay here.“

„This is my second time staying up on Lydia Mountain. The first time was in a cabin Mystic Mist with friends. My husband and I needed a little getaway, so we booked a room at the lodge for Thanksgiving. The room was so very clean and nice and loved the elec fireplace.
