When it’s time to explore, you’re less than five minutes’ drive to Ruakākā’s town centre for cafés, shops, and supplies. The white sands of Ruakākā Beach are just 5 minutes away, while the tranquil Ruakākā River — perfect for swimming or paddle-boarding — is only a two-minute walk from your door.

There’s even space to park the boat, and with the Marsden Bay Boat Ramp just 10 minutes away, you’ll be out on the water in no time, ready to reel in your catch of the day.

Please note there is an unfenced council water catchment pond located near the back boundary of the property. For safety reasons, adults should closely supervise young children while outdoors and ensure care is taken around the water at all times.
