Premier Inn, Royal Tunbridge Wells

„Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und das Personal war supernett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber aber hätte etwas größer sein können, es wirkte eng. Gestört hat uns, das man das Fenster zu lüften nicht öffnen kann (wie leider in vielen Hotels).“

„Front desk was especially helpful and pleasant to deal with.“

„We were very upset to find that the restaurant was not open and did not get told of this when booking and before arrival. It was very upsetting after a 10 hr flight to have to walk to another hotel to get a meal.“

„Stayed for one night before a flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was ok- could have been cleaner. Baseboards were quite dusty and bathroom had beard shavings on sink and floor. Bed was comfortable and clean. Restaurant attached was a treat! Taxi ride to the airport cost £27.“

„Room spotless. Very convenient for airport. Early breakfast.“

„Ok- we had to scramble to find a place after Heathrow shutdown and re-booked out of Gatewick. It was ok.“
