🪪 Before check-in: photo ID, and either a £250 refundable damage deposit (a hold on your card, released after check-out) or a non-refundable damage waiver (£49 for 1–3 nights, £59 for 4+ nights) covering accidental damage up to £250

🧹 Stays of 14 nights or more have a mid-stay clean each week, at £51 a clean. Booked through Airbnb or another booking site? We'll ask you to pay for these separately.
