„We had organised a free pick up service from the airport that was offered by the hotel. The driver arrived half an hour late at the airport. When we complained to the receptionist (Alicia) she had a very bad attitude towards us (for whatever reason), claiming that the pick up wasn't correct anyways. Property was locked when I showed up I had to banged on gate and get help from the neighbor for 1 hour before the rude housekeeper came in short no top on and never apologized. „The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials.
