This is a first floor apartment with beautiful views over the neighbouring farmland. To maintain our superior standards of cleanliness we do not allow dogs but if you wish to holiday with friends our dog friendly ground floor apartment 'Keeper's Lodge' is available at the same location

We personally attend to all the cleaning and daily maintenance and strive to create a homely feel with an added sense of hotel luxury. Your relaxation and enjoyment are our priority and we are on hand 24/7 to ensure we are available to answer any questions or advise/direct you during your stay.

Your booking includes a free parking space for one vehicle (any parking required for additional vehicles during your stay must be requested and agreed prior to arrival). Electric gates provide added security.

With your own private entrance, the first floor apartment is accessed via a cloakroom and stairs leading to a landing and information desk/work space. A door leads to a modern and tastefully appointed open plan area with kitchen, dining, living and bedroom.
Enjoy the huge, super king size bed which can be converted to two singles on request prior to arrival. Pamper yourself in the large luxury bathroom with stand alone roll top bath and walk in rain shower.

We provide ample towels and high thread count quality cotton bed linen

Amenities include easy to control central heating and newly installed air conditioning. A Free sat smart TV (150 channels). There is also free wi-fi. The kitchen is fully fitted with a modern electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave.

To complete your experience a quiet secluded garden with comfortable garden furniture helps you make the most of this rural space.

Upon arrival you will be greeted with our popular welcome pack which includes home made freshly baked cakes and biscuits, tea and coffee and all those essential cupboard staples to help you settle in.
