Thank for your review. This Airbnb has been alive since April 2017 and this is the very first time someone has raised this particular issue. I am not sure how you couldn’t find that information on the listing but in the instructions I sent you, I did invite you to ask any questions which would if you had, would have given me an opportunity to help. Regarding the dead roaches in the bathroom, can you please tell me whether the roaches were there before or after the house was cleaned? There is absolutely nothing anyone can do about roaches coming in the house. A bug spray is always available. If the roaches were already dead when the house was being cleaned, I see no logic in assuming that the roaches would not have been removed. If the roaches died after the house was cleaned, I really don’t know how I could have prevented that from happening. I hope you had given me a chance to fix those issues before writing a review as such. It would also have been nice if you had said something about the nice clean sheets on the bed, the massive and fully equipped kitchen you had to yourself, the flat screen television, 2 heat pumps in the house, a covered deck, a lockable internal access garage and a full laundry.

Hi Ann. The TV in the room and the electric blankets are working just fine. I had said in my welcome message to you that if you had any more questions and such, you were free to contact me. It would have been only fair if you had contacted me and allowed me to address these issues, instead of assuming they are broken. Again, there was nothing to fix. I am watching that tv right now and its going fine and so are the electric blankets. In the future, regardless of where you stay, please always make contact with the landlord and give them an opportunity to address you concern. You will find that almost always most probems are resolved with a fraction of time regards dharmen
