„Lovely house, well appointed with lots of kitchen equipment, toiletries, washer and dryer. Very nice walk in shower with large showerhead. Split system in each bedroom was great. Nice bedding and blankets. Just a few doors down from the lake which gave us a beautiful walk with our dog. Secure garden and ample street parking right outside the property. We really enjoyed our stay.“

„The group of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for our long weekend stay at this property. Plenty of extra bedding to help us deal with the Ballarat weather. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment and basic pantry items. Ned the host was fantastic with his communication in the lead up to our stay.“

„It looks like the host lives in the house every day, other than when she has a booking. Her personal stuff and clutter is everywhere in the house. Sofas in lounge was covered with stuff, like a dinner tray left out, clothing, bags of old stuff. Clothing A-frame was in the house. Sheets on the washing line outside. Stained rugs. Vomit patch. „Thanks for providing a very large, spacious home for our multi-generational Easter holiday (me, my husband and our 2 kids; my sister, her husband and their 2 kids; and our mum/nan).Beautiful clean and soft linen and towels. „Beautiful, comfortable house in Ballarat. Can’t recommend enough, the house is so warm and the bed so comfortable. The yard is generous for our dogs. Ballarat was particularly cold over the weekend but we were cosy. The house has a lovely charming aesthetic. Sarah is a lovely host and very accomodating with a last minute request. We will definitely book again. “
