The Space:

Rosebrook Riverviews by Tiny Away is just 5 minutes from the beaches of Port Fairy and offers a peaceful farm stay surrounded by gardens, with beautiful views of the Moyne River and nearby forest. Enjoy your own picnic area, meet friendly pet sheep, and watch for local wildlife such as wallabies and koalas.



Explore the wild beauty of Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve, where volcanic landscapes meet native wildlife, then take in sweeping ocean views from Flagstaff Hill. Witness the awe-inspiring sight of whales at Logans Beach Whale Watching Platform, unwind in the soothing mineral waters of Deep Blue Hot Springs, and stroll along the breathtaking shores of Port Fairy’s scenic beaches.



Or get ready to feel the rhythm at the spectacular Port Fairy Folk Festival, happening March 6–9, 2026! The Festival Box Office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm once tickets go on sale—so mark your calendar, gather your crew, and secure your place at one of Australia’s most beloved coastal celebrations.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with rural views, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.



IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that this is not child-friendly due to the nature of the property of being on a river.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home, surrounding areas, and the veggie garden. Please note the main house and its yard are private—keep gates closed at all times. The neighboring forest is not part of the property and is off-limits.



Guests may walk down to the river, but swimming is not recommended. We've placed chairs by the river for you to relax with a coffee or glass of wine.

Rosebrook Riverviews by Tiny Away is your gateway to both heritage and relaxation—just 5 minutes from Port Fairy, at the end of Victoria’s iconic Shipwreck Coast. Our farm stay provides a glimpse into a historic fishing village, featuring charming 19th-century cottages and a vibrant local culture.



Enjoy the beauty of Killarney and Port Fairy beaches, the wildlife-rich Tower Hill Reserve, and the historic Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village. From June to October, spot whales at Logans Beach, relax in the Deep Blue Hot Springs, or visit Hopkins Falls—Victoria’s widest waterfall.



Getting Around:

By Car:



- From Melbourne: 4 hours

- From Warrnambool: 25 minutes

- From Portland: 45 minutes

- 2WD vehicle is suitable for accessing the area



By Public Transport:



- Take a train to Warrnambool. From there, you can catch a taxi or bus to Rosebrook Bridge. Note that schedules and times may vary.

- Alternatively, you can drive or take a bus from Rosebrook to Warrnambool.

- Port Fairy Taxis are available for local travel.



By Flight:



- The nearest airport is in Warrnambool, with flights connecting from Melbourne. From the airport, you can drive, taxi, or take a bus to Rosebrook Riverviews.



Other Things to Note:

- Wifi is available

- Gas BBQ Grill is available

- No Children Allowed due to the river

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Mobile reception has a good signal for all telco lines

- We have added chairs by the River to have a coffee/wine

- Smoking is allowed in designated areas on the property

- Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality

- To respect our neighbors, please keep noise levels down and avoid loud music

- We have a pet dog that will be in our enclosed yard. Please do not enter this private area

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Remember to close the windows and lock doors, turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)



Important note:



- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas

- For your convenience, yellow (recycling) and purple (glass) bins are provided at the guest parking area.

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
