Das Zimmer und die Lage waren einfach Top. Es ist ungefähr 50 m vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt aber die Fenster sind so gut isoliert, dass man von der Straße und den ganzen Menschen die am Bahnhof ein und ausgegangen sind nichts mitbekommen hat. Es ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Durch die Pin Eingabe die man tätigen muss hat auch nicht jeder Zugang zu dem Flur wo die Unterkunft liegt was total angenehm ist. Von den anderen Unterkünften die von dem Flur aus zugänglichen sind hat man auch Lärmtechnisch überhaupt nichts mitbekommen. Für ein Kurztrip oder auch für eine längere Reise nach Rom absolut zu empfehlen.

Zentrale Lage in schönem Altbau
Schickes, relativ frisch renoviertes Zimmer mit hohen Altbaudecken und doppel verglasten Fenstern sowie sehr gut funktionierender Klimaanlage. Sehr kleines Bad mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken und Fön. Zentrale Lage: 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof, 5 Min. zum Busbahnhof. Von dort in wenigen Minuten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms. Ansonsten Forum Romanum und Kolosseum auch fußläufig erreichbar (1,6 km, 20 Minuten). Check-In lief über e-Mail und Schlüsseltresor. Dieser Self-Check-In hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Check-In hat mit Infos in einer Mail super und unkompliziert geklappt. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde auch täglich gereinigt. Umgebung Bahnhof ist teilweise etwas lauter und das Zimmer auch etwas hellhörig, dafür aber zentral und man ist beispielsweise zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten am Colosseum.

Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber, schön und neuwertig! Das Checkin ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, hat aber sehr gut geklappt! 3 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und in der nächsten Seitenstraße ein Restaurant mit einem 3-gängigen 15€ Menü und die Flasche Wein ebenfalls 15€, Frühstück gibt es auch günstig gleich gegenüber! WLAN ist leider sehr schwach und deutsches Fernsehen gibt es auch nicht. Ansonsten aber sehr zu empfehlen!

The room was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed to stay one night. The steps to enter the building were straightforward and easy to follow. Although the outside was a bit sketchy, it was super close to the Roma main train terminal and next to the buses that can transport you to the airport. Highly recommend staying there for ease and convenience.

Vespahouse was a great place to stay. It was clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. The room and bathroom were spacious, with ample hot water and a comfy bed. Antonella was very helpful when we showed up earlier than expected, and got us into the room quickly. It is very close to the Termini station and there are lots of restaurants and shopping close. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic little Oasis. The service as far as communication was brilliant. Our host organised a pick up and drop off for airport. For 3 of us a good way to navigate the hectic pace of Roma. One of us had a slip at the coliseum and sprained her ankle. Confined to bed but in a lovely comfortable room. Even the housemaid was kind. Using google to translate to make sure she was ok. It’s a bit tricky at first to work it out how to get in etc but good instructions and if you get stuck always help. Best place i have stayed in and I have been to Roma a few times. Definitely recommend to stay here, it might look a bit dodgy on outside as a lot of central Roma does. But inside you’re safe and snug. Great shower pressure. Fresh towels daily. Walking distance to train and hop on hop off bus. Plenty of places to eat. Good rolls at the train station so much to see and do there as lots of shops and food options.

This is a good option for a train connection the next day, but like other cities in the world the area around major transport hubs can be sketchy and Rome no different. There was an issue with the electronic check in but we were notified ahead of time and had alternative wifi details. When we called, the person was helpful and we got into the room. Would stay here again for an early train connection.

This room is very close to the train station and excellent restaurants there. It was extremely convenient for us. In addition, a bus leaves for the airport from just across the street and only costs $8. I was pleasantly surprised at what an excellent place this was for our stay.

Hi Maki,this is a guest house not a hotel and there is nobody at the reception (as I told you in advance).Normally other guests go inside following the Vikey opening link without problem.The guest house is 3 minutes walking from Termini station.

At first you walk in and get really confused and flustered as to how to make it to your room and then you make it to the room and it is fantastic. Rooms are large, clean, modern and just great. About 5 minutes from Roma Termina and close to many places for food and a drink. Highly recommend 👌

The place was clean and well maintained. The room was quiet. The check in system was flawed. I contacted the hotel via email and told them I’d like to drop off my bag around 10:30 AM. They said that’s fine. My key card app wasn’t allowing me to open up the building door or my room. Luckily, someone let me in the main building, and then there were hotel cleaners who let me in and also called the hotel owner. In the instructions, I wish they gave their number. I couldn’t find it in my email. After talking to them on the phone that has came over to help me get the codes to the building. I got lucky to get in contact with them. They were very helpful, but it could have been a very rough check in because I wanted to explore Rome before checking in at 3pm.

Excelente localización a escasos minutos del Terminal Termini. Este lugar no cuenta con reservación por lo que es importante seguir las instrucciones del check in. La primera puerta debes abrirla con el link que te envían una vez realizas el check in. Igualmente la segunda puerta para entrar al área de habitaciones. Me quedé en primavera #2. Su limpieza y decoración fueron impecables. Lo único que añadiría a la habitación sería un espejo de cuerpo completo, y más espacio para guardar la ropa. Solo cuenta con dos mesas de noche con cajas pequeñas y una pequeña perchera con pocos ganchos. La Cama es súper cómoda, baño con agua caliente y aire acondicionado. El cuarto es excelente. El único detalle es el ruido. Esa habitación en particular da para una avenida. Por lo que las ambulancias, motoras incluso gente hablando se escuchaba. No impedía dormir pero si eres una persona que busca un cuarto completamente silencioso debes talvez probar otro cuarto, ya que hay varios en el piso.

This is a great place to stay in Rome! Great location walkable to all tourist areas. The room was clean and well maintained, with an easy self check in process. Price is reasonable and felt safe for solo travellers!

체크인이 늦었는데 미리 메일로 체크인 방법도 알려주고 좋았습니다. 역에서도 가깝고 좋았어요 다만 저는 남자 혼자라 괜찮았는데 사람에 따라 거리가 좀 무섭다고 느끼는 분들도 있을 수 있을것 같습다. 시설은 좋았고 깨끗했습니다. 혼자 여행객 분들에게 추천할만 합니다

We stayed for one night after a cruise. We loved our stay at Roma Vespahouse, communication was great and the self-checking instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The room was very nice and clean and supplied very nicely, loved the rain shower! The location was super convenient to the Termini Station and restaurants. Will definitely look into staying here next time we’re in Rome!

Vespahouse is in the perfect location for those visiting Rome. It is a block away from the Roma Termini train station, also the airport buses, also the Big Bus Hop On/Off stop. Just a great location when you don't have a car. My code for self check in did not work, but the owners were very responsive and there within 1-2 minutes to let me in. The room was clean and spacious for hubby and I. The only thing missing was KLEENEX/TISSUES! Otherwise I definitely recommend this location. Amy from USA :-)
