Great apartment with amazing view on the colosseum
The apartment was perfect for a city trip to Rome. The roof terrace offers a wonderful view directly onto the Colosseum. Everything is clean and spacious. The location is perfect. There are supermarkets and a public transportation stop across the street. Paolo, the owner of the apartment, supports you around the clock and can be reached at any time via WhatsApp. You will receive restaurant and shopping tips in advance, as well as photos for waste disposal and finding the entrance to the house. The service provided by Paolo was the best thing about this apartment, which is highly recommended!

Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in traumhafter Lage nicht weit vom Kolosseum entfernt und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Dachterrasse ist das absolute Highlight. Von hier aus genießt man einen sagenhaften Blick über die Stadt. Die Bilder im Internet sind nicht alle akutell, die Wohnung ist in Wirklichkeit schöner. Es gibt ein kleineres Schlafzimmer mit direktem Zugang zu einem Bad und ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem zusätzlichen Bett. Ein weiteres Bad ist vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer, in dem eine Stoffcouch steht, befindet sich in einem kleineren Zimmer. Dort gibt es auch einen kleinen ausziehbaren Esstisch. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ein ganz besonderes Lob gibt es für die Betten. Die Kopfkissen und Matratzen sind sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigeren Lage mit vielen Cafes und Restaurants in den Seitenstraßen und man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß mitten im Zentrum. Das Auto haben wir in der Garage Colosseo Parking sicher untergestellt. Wenn man über das Internet bucht, ist es wesentlich günstiger als vor Ort. Es ist üblich den Autoschlüssel abzugeben und unser Auto wurde auch mehrmals umgeparkt, aber wir bekamen es ohne jeglichen Schaden zurück. Den Aufenthalt in Rom haben wir sehr genossen und uns zu jeder Zeit und in jeder Hinsicht sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Es werden sehr strenge Coronamaßnahmen ergriffen und aufgrund der wenigen Touristen in der Stadt gab es überhaupt keine Warteschlangen. Wir danken Paolo für den sehr freundlichen Empfang und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung der Buchung. Die Wohnung können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal und die Terasse (im 7. Stock) ist wunderbar. Der Lift ist allerdings nichts für Menschen, die es nicht gerne eng haben :). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Insgesamt tolle Ferienwohnung
Die Räume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet (bis auf das Sofa). Der Zugang zum Treppenhaus ist über das Treppenhaus, was zwar schade ist, aber die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Colosseum ist super! Ohne Klimaanlage ist es wenig im August auszuhalten, die Lage ist belebt und von daher natürlich auch etwas laut (obwohl die Fe Wo im Hinterhaus liegt). Der Aufzug ist gut, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs war und es noch in den 6. Stock schaffen muss. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat insgesamt an nichts gefehlt.

Wonderful experience
Our stay in Rome was made so much better by the clean and comfortable apartment we stayed in. Paulo was very helpful and kind throughout the entire time we were there. His tips on restaurants etc… were spot on….yes to LiRioni! This neighborhood is close to the attractions and yet not inundated by crowds like many other areas. Also, let me not forget to add that the view from the rooftop is spectacular! The sunrise and sunset times are a must!

AMAZING TERRACE AND SPECTACULAR APARTMENT
My 3 adult children and I loved this spacious apartment! We loved the decor and the comfort of this place, the view of the plaza below, the large bath/shower in the main bath, the location (just a minute or so away from the Pantheon), the homemade cobbler left for us in the kitchen, and especially the quick responses from the host if we had questions. We will stay here again if we go back to Roma!

Great location but loud and needs renovation
The apartment is spacy very well located, clean and close to to the Colosseo and near public transports. Nevertheless it is an old building with bad isolation whether it's for the noise or the cold. Windows need to be changed as they don't close properly and we could hear the constant noise in the street as well as the elevator.

Perfect Fall Roman Holiday
The location of this property is perfect. We walked almost everywhere, and Paolo the property owner helped us with securing airport transport. I highly recommend this spot for a family vacation. The view is unparalleled. If Paolo gives you any sightseeing recommendations, take them, we found a few off the beaten path gems, that where the highlight of our trip. I’m not sure how the trip could have been better.

Would absolutely stay again!
My wife, parents and I spent 3 wonderful nights at Paolo's incredible apartment at the start of our Italian vacation and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat. The location is fantastic, close enough to everything, but also just far enough away to not feel like you're surrounded by tourists the entire time. It truly felt like we were in a Roman neighborhood, especially with the great restaurants and cafes filled with locals close by. As others have indicated, Paolo was extremely helpful throughout the process, helping to coordinate our pickup from the airport and our departure and also providing lots of great recommendations. The apartment is just as described and was very comfortable for the four of us. And of course the rooftop terrace is next level. We had dinner up there on our final evening as we looked out over Rome, which was just perfect.

Amazing trip to Rome!
The property was fantastic and the property manager was very helpful! He helped us to arrange for transportation to and from the airport and gave us tips on where to eat and things to do nearby. The property was clean and comfortable. We had several days over 100 degrees Fahrenheit and the air conditioning kept us comfortable all day. The view from the rooftop is amazing! Watching the sun set over the coliseum was incredible. There is a small grocery store right across the street so we could easily stock the pantry and have snacks and food in the apartment. There is a fridge and a freezer so it was very convenient. There is a washer dryer combo in the apartment which was very nice. We were at the apartment for 10 days so being able to do laundry allowed us to pack light. The property manager was very helpful and responsive using WhatsApp. He helped us with all of our questions and helped us to set up transportation and give us tips on where to go and what to do. Highly recommend this property! The central location let us walk to all the major landmarks and allowed us to explore Rome!

Great location for a Roman stay
Paolo was the best host we have ever had. We were impressed by his organisation and responsiveness. he was very helpful and truly only a message away. He gave us great suggestions for food, sightseeing and transport. He also helped us find a 24/7 chemist when we needed it and organised our taxis to get in and out of Rome. Great apartment!
The Apartment was in a great location just down the road from the colosseum and multiple metro stops. It was very easy to commute to anywhere in the city either by walking or using metro and bus. The actual apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable to stay in with a lovely terrace that we used every day without doubt. The apartment building also felt very safe as it had a court yard that was locked at night that could only be accessed with the residence keys.

Two couples stayed 3 nights in May. Communication with Paolo was excellent.He arranged for a private car to pick us up at the airport. He met us at the property and stored our luggage until check in. He also provided us with a portable wifi. The apartment is clean, roomy, and perfect for two couples. The private rooftop patio is just amazing. The location is the apartment is close to the metro and restaurants. Grocery store is just across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this apartment. It is exactly as pictured. Check-in was a breeze and Paolo went above and beyond to explain the apartment, the terrace, and the neighborhood/city. For us, the location couldn’t be beat. It was surrounded by a quiet neighborhood with many wonderful restaurants, which was pleasant after being in the busy crowds. The view of the colosseum from the terrace was incredible, and of course convenient for touring the colosseum. The apartment was well-stocked with everything we needed: bedding; towels; modern kitchen with everything you could need. And there is a small grocery store right across the street. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was very clean, comfortable, and gave us enough space to spread out and relax after a long day of sight-seeing.

Exactly as in the pictures. Paulo is very helpful in orienting you. We also took a car he arranged from the airport—so convenient. The neighborhood has restaurants, a grocery, pharmacy and is a quick walk to the coliseum. The terrace is amazing and worth it to rent this but also this is a charming, character filled place that will make you feel like you live in Rome.

The unit is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. Great neighborhood for local dining. The posted images are 100% accurate. Paolo is the most accommodating host we have experienced in over 10 years of VRBO rentals. An Amazing Roman Gem!
We recently stayed at Paolo's apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it! Our first trip to Rome, and the apartment proved to be in a perfect location: close to the Colisseum, shops, bars, and fantastic restaurants that are away from the hustle and bustle of the primary touristy areas. Paolo was very communicative leading up to our stay, and met us outside the apartment upon our arrival. He showed us the features and amenities of the apartment and also texted us his VERY helpful list of things to do, places to eat, resources, etc. It truly was a very helpful tool! Above all, the terrace is utterly stunning! The views of Rome and the Colisseum are second the none, and our entire three days there we spent every sunset on the roof just marveling at the beauty of the city.
