All the contents of the wallet I had in Limoa's suitcase had been stolen. My wallet, which had $2,000 in it, was empty. I never thought it would be stolen from a luxury hotel. Take care of yourself, please.

From upon arrival, everyone was incredibly gracious and lovely! We arrived on a morning flight and they were able to accommodate an early check-in, which was such a treat! Alex was a gem! The room was the perfect size for a three night stay to celebrate a milestone birthday. They booked a reservation for us at a speak easy, which was a nice amenity! Can’t wait to return!

I’ve traveled to lots of European countries, and stayed at many hotels from 2 star to 5, I’ve seen nice treatment and horrible treatment before. This has to be the nicest staff I have ever encountered. The location is perfect, is walkable to many main attractions, has lots of restaurants and shops near by. The property itself is very clean, warm, and cozy. Would love to come back again one day.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Especially Francesco for all his help with transportation from cruise line and also Marta for her help in getting tickets for entry into sites. Would definitely stay there again.

We just left the hotel and my husband and I are already talking about our next stay there. What we loved about this beautiful boutique hotel- The location is in walking distance to many of the sites, shopping and restaurants. Definitely include the breakfast with your stay. The food was exceptional. The rooms had all the newest technology and still felt warm and inviting. They had toiletry bags for woman and men, coffee and tea machine, hair dryer, laundry service, room service and concierge services. Customer service was exceptional and above our expectations.

Average experience for an expensive hotel
The hotel itself has a great location and is quite lovely inside. But it does face one well traveled road and I would recommend requesting a room not facing that road. It is loud until very late into the next am. The first room I received had problems with its air and though I called down at least four times I was not moved to a new room- a downgraded room - until 11:30 PM. The next day when I spoke with the manager Claudia he was extremely unhelpful and insisted on blaming the problem on technology. Obviously it was a technological problem, but it was not my problem. That was an unfortunate interaction I did have a lovely front desk coordinator named Barbara, who was extremely helpful and caring and apologetic. The breakfast offered was quite light in its selection. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and a lovely location but my experience did not reflect the cost that I paid for the hotel. I must note though that Claudia did put a bottle of champagne in my room for my inconvenience of having to repack my room at 11:30 PM. Honestly, just a simple apology an acknowledgment for my discomfort was all that was necessary.

Beautifully appointed property. Elegant appointments in the room. The staff was exceedingly professional, accommodating and gracious. The breakfast was second to none. Excellent location right in the heart of the Via del Curso. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Rome.

Beautiful room and excellent staff. Loved the location and the feel of the hotel. Only downside was the sauna - the major selling point for me - it did not heat up even with over 2 hours of advance heating. Nevertheless the hotel was amazing but I really wish the sauna was an amenity we could have used.

Ikke 2000€ værd for 2 overnatninger.
Værelset havde ekstremt mange myrer, som kom fra gården og kravlede i sengen og alle andre steder. Badeværelserne lugtede begge dårligt lagt, og vi havde ikke rengøring imens vi var der (klokken var 22 da de kom, men vi var gået i seng, vi havde børn med) Tablet til alt info (roomservice bla.) virkede ikke (connection, man kunne ikke bestille men kun kigge) og ingen fixede den selvom vi gjorde opmærksom på det. Restaurant menu matchede ikke den i tabletten. Dog var maden i bistroen udemærket. Steak, vin og service var god i bistroen. Roomservice kvalitet var den klart dårligste jeg har prøvet, og der manglede flere ting som aldrig kom. Service ved check in var god, og sødt personale på hotellet. Men til 15.000,- DKK (omkring 2000 euro) for 2 overnatninger, var mine forventninger højere. Vi betalte også for morgenmad den ene morgen, selvom det var included. Forsøgte at forklare ved udcheckning at morgenmads-chargen på regningen ikke hørte til, men måtte give op til sidst, da vi skulle nå et fly. Besværligt at booke bord på bistro, de meldte alt booket, men der var ikke et øje. Vi måtte heller ikke sidde udenfor selvom der var tomt. Alt i alt, vil jeg ikke anbefale hotellet.

While I enjoyed reading that you appreciated our kind service, the food and our friendly team, I am disappointed to learn that your stay fell short of your expectations. After an investigation on the points you have raised, a case it has been opened. Regarding the ants this has been the very first time that this issue has been reported, however there is no record on the complaints book on the dates you have resided. Also, no trace of ants have been reported by the maids that served your room during your stay. If a call of assistance were received, immediate assistance would have been offered by our Ambassadors. In order to avoid the recurrence of the issue you have addressed , we took this matter into account very seriously and we are monitoring the yard constantly. Green actions will be taken in case. Regarding the concierge tablet, the new restaurant and room service menus have been updated recently. Due to a bug of the system, this operation cannot be done in cloud or using the wireless system. We are updating the tablets one by one accordingly. Minor issues may incur during this process and we regret that the device in your room was not update during your stay. Your à là carte breakfast was included in your room rate and no attempts of double postings are present in your final bill. However, few charges of € 7 for “Room service delivery” are present in the bill. These are legits as the room service is normally not included in the room rate. On June 23rd when you asked to book a table outdoor in our Donna & Bistrot restaurant, one of the Ambassador at the front desk kindly informed you that the patio was already booked for a private event. He did offered the possibility to book an indoor table though. Mr. & Mrs. Salvarli our aim is to give guests‘ satisfaction at all times, regrettably on this occasion we do understand we committed few oversights.. We would love to welcome you back, and should you decide to, I would be most honoured if you would contact me directly so that I could personally ensure a personalised experience in the hope to restore your confidence in us. Very disappointing for the price
If you are used to 5 star accommodations, this will be disappointing. The staff is very pleasant, the decor is trendy, and the location is great. Unfortunately, the food is terrible, the beds are the worst beds I've ever slept in at a hotel, there is no gym and no actual spa. There aren't really any hangout areas that anyone would use, and the bathrooms are old and not renovated.
