Die Zimmer sind schön, großzügig und sauber. Wir waren angenehm überrascht. Was etwas irritiert ist das man von außen überhaupt nicht erkennen kann wo man hin muß. Das Frühstück beschränkt sich auf ein Getränk und ein süßes Croisant, wer das nicht mag (so wie ich) muss sich halt anderweitig umsehen. Wenn wir wieder in Rom sind dann werden wir das "Colosseo Panoramic Rooms" wieder buchen.

Ein bisschen enttäuscht
Das Hotel hat eine wirklich gute Aussicht und ist mit der U-Bahn leicht zu erreichen. Leider waren wir vom Rest sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber, jedoch hatte die Bettwäsche Flecken. Das Badezimmer ist von Schimmel befallen (was für mich absolut gar nicht geht und ein extrem NEGATIVER PUNKT ist!!!!) und riecht unangenehm nach Urin. Die Zimmer sind wirklich laut. Man kann die Gespräche und Wecker vom Nebenzimmer genau mithören und auch von draußen konnte man jedes Gespräch mithören. Nachts fast unmöglich einzuschlafen, aufgrund vieler Autos & Menschen.

I'm sorry for your dissatisfaction. the windows of the rooms are soundproof, the structure is located in front of the colosseum. The room is cleaned regularly, I'm sorry you did not even tell me about 1 of these problems during your stay. Surely everything could be solved quickly. thank you Roberto

Es ist ein sehr kleines Hotel. Wobei man das eigentlich gar nicht Hotel nennen kann. Es befindet sich im zweiten Stockwerk und hat ungefähr vier Zimmer. Jedes Zimmer besitzt ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Fenster sind ziemlich schalldicht, was in Rom sehr wichtig ist, da es über all sehr laut ist, unabhängig von diesem Hotel. Die Fenster sind auch Einbruch sicher. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Gegenüber vom Kolosseum. Metro ist nur wenige Meter vom Zimmer entfernt.

Sensationelle Lage
Uns hat es super gut gefallen - direkt vor dem Colosseum gelegen der oerfekte Ausgangspunkt um Rom zu erkunden. Frühstück gibt es in einem kleinen Cafe im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes - mit Blick auf das Colosseum. Auch der Service war klasse: bei Ankuft durften wir sogar Bilder von der sensationellen Dachterasse schießen!

What an amazing stay…our room was amazing! The view out the window is absolutely stunning. Roberto welcomed us upon our arrival & stepped us through everything we needed to know. This was by far my worst pick. The pictures they have posted don't come close to the truth. It was filthy and black mold everywhere which is why I left yesterday vs today. This place should not be anything but gutted and deep cleaned. I would not recommend this to anyone, period. So disappointing!

This place was an amazing find. Right across the road from the Colosseum, close to the Metro, a couple of restaurants on the ground floor, easy walking distance to a supermarket, and more cafes and restaurants. The room itself was clean, air-conditioned and had a fantastic view. The owners/managers were really helpful. I always wondered who lived behind those big wooden doors in the beautiful old apartment buildings in Rome. I did :-) for 3 wonderful nights.

The room felt bigger than we had expected with modern finishings. We had one of the best views of the colosseum. Roberto gave us a guide of a map of Rome and recommended places to eat. Claudia was very helpful and reliable and organized our transfer to the train station. We picked this place as my partner is very interested in the colosseum and it did not diss appoint.

Excelente ubicación. Está prácticamente enfrente del Coliseo, el cual lo podíamos ver desde nuestra ventana. Está a una cuadra del metro Coliseo, lo que la hace sumamente comunicada y conveniente, ya que del metro Coliseo, te comunica a la estación Termini, y de ahí comunicas a los Trenes de Alta velocidad, los cuales usamos para ir a Florencia, a Napoli, a Pompeya, etc. Nuevamente, excelente propietaria, siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestra llegada 😃👍

We were imagining a “hotel” based on the listing and photos, when in reality it had more of a hostel/bed and breakfast vibe. There is nothing wrong with that. The location is incredible, and the food options around are fantastic.

BEST HOTEL IN ROME
Roberto and Claudia - both wonderful, helpful people from before we even arrived in Rome. Great communication and offering of help/services. The room was fantastic, with a stunning view across the Roman Forum and the Colosseum, both day and night. Roberto gave us a map with some places to check out for food, gelato and shopping, along with all the best places to visit. When we come back to Rome again one day we will look to book here again.

#1 for location! 5seconds away from the colosseum! Claudia the host was amazing and took care of our extra needs, even offered to store our bags after check-out so we could tour Rome for the day without our luggage. I recommend downloading Whatsapp to message back and forth if you dont have italian sim card. Everything very clean, nice AC, bathroom is well suited, good hairdryer for the wife!

Claudia and staff were wonderful. We were coming from a cruise and they helped us with transporting issues which we appreciated SO much. The room was very clean. It is really important to communicate your arrival time as it is a hidden gem so hard to find even though it’s in front off colosseum.
