We try our best to put all the visitors at ease.The sofa were open in case the double bed wasn't suitable for you, but the positions of those were not swifted in any case, so the open sofas were there to be used also if open to watch tv... The Drapery is very important, if you know how to use it, because if you open the curtain the light comes in, if you close it, the room becomes dark to guarantee you a well rested night... It is disgusting to see your picture of the sink full, it was much easier to call reception and ask for a help to fix the issue in minutes! We absolutely understand the chair wasn't presentable, we are humans, sorry for that, the housekeeping didn't notice it or the communication to remove the chair was interrupted at a certain point. We apologize.It is absolutely your right to write down a review, but integrity would mean call the staff, and give them the chance to put a remedy where possible, and in this case everything could have been fixed very easily. Best regards.Monica
