Super Lage, wunderschön mit Balkon und Blick auf das Pantheon, sehr ruhig und man ist Mitten im Zentrum, sehr große und saubere Zimmer mit äußerst bequemen Betten, tägliche Reinigung, Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und nicht aufdringlich mit guten Tipps zum Essen gehen und Sightseeing, familiäre Atmosphäre, zu Fuß alle wichtigen Attraktionen erreichbar. Tolles Frühstück u.a. mit Eierspeisen, die auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet werden, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und weiterempfehlen!

Super nettes Hotel, Rezeption befindet sich übrigens im 4. Stock, falls es jemand sucht :) Sehr familiär alles, der Mann an der Rezeption hat uns direkt auf einer Karte gezeigt wo alles ist und was man sich anschauen sollte. Zudem war er immer freundlich und hat uns mit allem helfen können. Frühstück kleine Auswahl, aber definitiv ausreichend und sehr lecker! Für jeden was dabei und alles frisch. Zudem eine extra Bedienung, die den Kaffe und frisches Omelett z. B. zubereitet. Lage super, sehr zentral, sodass man die wichtigsten Sachen (Kolosseum, Stadt, Vatikan) zu Fuß erreichen kann innerhalb von 20 Minuten. Wir haben das Hotel an Freunde, die bald auch nach Rom fliegen, sofort weiter empfohlen.

Pantheon Nähe
Kleines Hotel in einem sehr alten Haus. Zuerst haben wir nach der Rezeption gesucht. Diese befindet sich im 4. Stock ;-) für alle anderen. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Sämtliche Buslinien und ein großer Taxi-Stand befindet sich um die Ecke. Kleine römische Restaurants sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Für einen Kurztripp nach Rom auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Kleines modernes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage
Mitten in Ron in unnützen Nähe zum Pantheon liegt dieses Hotel. Es ist die Endetage und man hat von seiner Terrasse einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt. Morgens kleines Frühstück mit sehr gutem Cappuccino.

Ótima estadia. Atendimento atencioso de toda equipe. Quarto limpo, café da manhã gostoso, localização excelente. Cama muito confortavel. Não tem recepção 100% do tempo, mas não nos fez falta alguma. O hotel ocupa o 4o andar, com acesso por elevador. Voltariacom certeza. Altamente recomendável!!!

Great stay!
Excellent stay with a group of 8. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! Made to order eggs and fresh fruit and coffee, can’t beat that! Also the location is very convenient and close to Al the major sites. Would definitely recommend!

Nous sommes arrivé en taxi à 22h30, nous avions prévenu auparavant de notre retard du au vol. Un petit message sur le numéro d'urgence quand nous sommes arrivé devant la porte de l'établissement et on nous a ouvert à distance. Les clés de notre chambre nous attendait dans une enveloppe au 4ème étage. Personnel très sympa et à l'écoute. L'établissement se trouve à 2 minutes à pied du Panthéon, d'une station de taxi ou des arrêts de bus. Mais il est idéalement situé pour tout faire à pied.

Stayed for 2 nights. Amazing location! We had a balcony and that was such a great! Room was comfortable and breakfast was a nice touch. Rooms are not sound proof and we could literally hear everything being said/done in the room next door. Ear plugs are a must. Despite that, I would still return and recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to most of Romes main attractions and very close to a bus station so you can make your way to the rest. The reception staff were lovely and helped with restaurant recommendations as well as storing of our bags before checkin/after checkout. The room was spacious and well appointed and breakfast in the morning was really good, lots of options and lovely staff.

We could not have been any happier with our stay (3 couples in 3 rooms). Everyone was great, the facility was immaculate, it was a close walk to just about everywhere and to top it off they serve a great breakfast. Not your normal hotel—12 rooms on two floors of a multi purpose building including another small hotel. Take elevator or stairs to fourth floor to find the office. Recommend it highly.

This hotel was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful with giving us breakfast for days we left early and checking in was also very good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone traveling to rome. Very close walking distance to pantheon and several other attractions as well.

Location is A and walkable to all sites in Rome. Room was large and air conditioning worked great. Omelet breakfast was cook to order and amazing - there were juices, fruit, pastries and breads as well as choice coffees and teas. Staff was so lovely, organized and kind. Really appreciated that they called a taxi to the airport for our family of four. Highly recommend!

Our stay was fantastic. The staff were just great. Flavia helped us over and over as our travel plans changed. The man who helps with the breakfast was so friendly and helpful. The four person room was large and clean. Compared to many rooms in Europe, it was huge. It was very clean. The bathroom was great. The free breakfast was perfect to start the day without being overly heavy. The air conditioning worked well on what was the hottest day ever recorded in Rome (106 F). The location was perfect to walk to anything from a 30 min walk to the Vatican, 3 minute walk to the Pantheon, and about 30 to the Collisseum.

If you’re looking for a spotlessly clean, warmly welcoming B&B room in the heart of the city, Arch Rome Suites masters the brief. The buffet breakfast isn’t a huge buffet but there’s a good selection of fresh options & the made to order coffee is good.

My daughter & I were traveling & safety is always of utmost importance for a trip like this. The hotel is tucked away on a side street/alley. The area is fairly busy. We never felt unsafe. The hotel is in a very central location, which makes walking to most of the attractions. Very doable if you enjoy walking a fair amount. At street level there is an arch that you walk through and then on the right there is a door with a person sitting in the office just to the right. The elevator is on the left, will fit 1 person, 1 large suitcase, and 1carry-on comfortably. It it appears to be ADA compliant based on US standards. The hotel is on the third floor so you go up a little elevator, or you can take the beautiful marble staircase. The breakfast was great & includes made to order scrambled eggs. The orange juice tasted like it was fresh squeezed daily. They will hold your luggage if you arrive prior to check in. When you exit the elevator on the third floor, you will go to the left and the entrance is there. There is a very kind lady that sits at the desk who will assign your room and give you keys not only to your room, but also the entry door to the hotel, which is locked in the evening. so, there is a double security set up with locked doors. Our room was very spacious. We had the triple. The seagulls get quite noisy in the courtyard so you will want to bring a pair of earplugs. Beds & pillows, very comfortable. Stairs to loft: short treads little too small. I recommend hotel

I have been to Rome several times and wanted a place close to the Pantheon, as I consider this to be central to many of the places I'd like to visit. I found Arch Rome Suites online and it clicked all the boxes for me. The staff were exceptionally nice, the hotel was close to everything (including several restaurants on the same street), breakfast was fantastic (they made omelets to order and squeezed fresh oj!), and the room was spacious and clean. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rome.

Location was really good, it’s within walking distance to everything. We had an issue with missing airpods in our room after sightseeing for the first day so we thought this hotel was sketchy. But it turns out that it was stuck in between the sheets and blanket, they must’ve been on the sheets when they made the bed. Stuff happens i guess, i found it so no harm done. Breakfast was great there was an attendant making fresh eggs every day. The only thing is that the you can hear EVERYTHING, the walls are paper thin. Maybe think about sound proofing a bit or adding a door to the kitchen to block all the noise? I even had to knock on my neighbors door at 12:30am on our last night there to ask her to keep it down (she was on the phone on speakerphone and i could hear her whole life). The bathroom was tiny but clean. We had a room with a balcony and it was perfect to wake up and have a real cappuccino out there and enjoy the views of the pantheon. Overall a good stay and nice hotel! Just bring earplugs

Butits not a big deal for us.We're sorry for the noise, but we're a guesthouse, not a hotel and we can't do anything to solve this problem. It's not depends on us.
