Dear Guest, We regret that in the very first days of opening some details still needed to be refined and some services not quite ready, even if all the services, like the pool and the restaurant were guaranteed. Me and our Staff tried to do our best to make you happy and satisfied, it's our mission. Unfortunately, this historical period of wars and pandemics slowed down all the work we had planned for the pre-opening of the Resort (which we had been working on for over two years) and this meant that we were not quite complete and aesthetically perfect on opening day. I very much regret this, but anyway I'm so happy to have read some good words about us in your review. Furthermore, some days ago we finished all the pending works ad we are finally and proudly 100 per cent complete! We really hope to have you back as our welcome guest, as you said. Greetings
