„There is a steep stairway (about 20 outside steps) to the second floor apartment which is not mentioned in the property description. It was a a bit intimidating at night in the rain. I would not stay there again. It was a lot of work carrying our luggage up the stairs.“

„We had a wonderful stay, we are a family of 3 and found everything to be exactly as described and shown. Check in and check out were easy. Utilizing the keypad to enter and exit was easy. Host provides detailed instructions, WiFi password, key code, parking info, etc day of check in. AC works great, everything was clean, beds were comfortable, all linens were provided. „We had a wonderful stay! The studio was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful historic house. It was also conveniently close to downtown, which made it easy to explore the area.
The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with the host was excellent—they responded quickly and were very helpful whenever we had a question.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!“

„Be aware of what you are renting. It is rare to find an ocean front with a private beach on VRBO. However, it is an older home with older furnishings. To enter, you go through two doors and there is an open stairway that leads to the top floor meaning there is no door to the top floor. At first this felt very awkward, but it was fine. „We were on the fourth floor and the views of the Ocean were incredible! The property is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk as well as the major attractions. The room was clean, nicely decorated and well appointed with items needed for a multiple day stay. Parking was clearly marked and the check in and check out process were very simple. We would highly recommend.“
