  • Willkommen im Grand Hibiscus Barbados!

    Entspannen Sie mit Ihren Lieben auf dem riesigen Balkon mit Blick auf die schönen Gärten und den Pool mit Blick auf das Meer.

    Unsere Wohnung ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, Restaurants und allen Annehmlichkeiten.

    Das Hotel liegt an der Südküste in Hastings, Christ Church, und ist der beste Ort, um Barbados zu erleben. Der Barbados Boardwalk befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem beliebten Rockley (Accra) Strand.

    Unsere Wohnung ist 1450 Quadratmeter mit zwei klimatisierten Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Französisch Türen von jedem Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer öffnen sich auf den riesigen Balkon.

    In der voll ausgestatteten Küche steht ein Mixer für kühle Getränke zur Verfügung. Die Maßeinheit umfaßt auch eine in der Suite Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, ein Kabel T. V., ein Internet und ein lokales Telefon.

    Die wunderschönen Gärten und der Pool sind ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen. Die Wohnung ist eingezäunt und hat viele Parkplätze vor dem Haus und Sie können Ihren eigenen Parkplatz innerhalb des eingezäunten Bereichs genießen.

    Gleich nebenan ist Laternen in Hastings, die alles haben, was Sie brauchen; Restaurants, Supermarkt, Geschäfte, Food Court und eine RBC Bank.

    In Gehweite finden Sie eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, von der U-Bahn über KFC bis zu Sportbars und Fünf-Sterne-Restaurants. Alle wichtigen Banken, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

    Der beliebte Golfplatz Rockley ist nicht weit entfernt und es gibt andere schöne Plätze auf der Insel, die Sie ausprobieren können.

    Wenn Sie gerne tauchen, stehen Ihnen viele Anbieter zur Auswahl. Die Carlisle Bay liegt in der Nähe und bietet einen wunderschönen Strand sowie viele großartige Tauchplätze und Schnorchelmöglichkeiten.

    Das lokale Bussystem ist sehr zuverlässig und bringt Sie fast überall auf der Insel hin. Wenn Sie ein Auto mieten möchten, stehen Ihnen viele zur Auswahl.

It was indeed a beautiful condo. Has everything in it. It felt like home during our stay. A beautiful swimmingpool. You can't get hungry because foodcourt with a lot of foodvariety is nearby. KFC, Burger King, Restaurants along side the boardwalk which is steps away. Busstop nearby.

The condo unit was beautiful and very comfortable. It was easy to feel “at home.” The patio was so inviting and a nice place to relax in the morning and evening. Rod and Wanda were excellent hosts, providing much information about their condo and the area. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Barbados! The property was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located. The views were amazing, and we especially loved relaxing by the beautiful pool and spending time on the balcony.The beach is only a short walk away, and there are many excellent restaurants nearby. Wanda and Rod were fantastic hosts and communicated with us clearly throughout our stay. Their recommendations, local information, and trusted contacts were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming.We felt so comfortable and truly enjoyed every part of our stay. Rod and Wanda, the owners, along with the team at Margate, are the best. This is our second time staying at the unit, and the quality just keeps improving. They have made improvements on top of what was already a great experience, taking every little detail into account from a guest's perspective. I would wholeheartedly stay again. As usual, Rod reached out during our stay to ensure that everything was running smoothly. Much appreciated as always.

Been to Barbados many times and had the pleasure of staying here for 11nights. This was our best spot. Loved the condo. The unit was well stocked with everything you need. We really enjoyed staying at Rod and Wanda's property in Barbados. The listing is exactly as described. The property is located in a very nice area about 300 feet from the beach and the condo overlooks the swimming pool. There are numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate area. The condo is next to a small strip mall that has several small local restaurants and a convenience store that has everything you might for your stay especially if you forgot any items for your trip. It is conveniently located on a major street with easy access to transportation options.Rod and Wanda were extremely easy to contact and responded to every question or concern that we had within a few minutes or hours. The complex manager was extremely nice and took care of anything that we needed within a very short time and also was easily accessible. The condo is very airy when the windows are open and the breeze from the ocean provided great relief during the day.We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and would love to stay here again in the future. You would not be disappointed.

Perfect Vacation Escape

This condo in Barbados was the perfect vacation escape with an ideal location. It was spotless, exactly as pictured, spacious, and fully equipped. Conveniently located near Oistins, Bridgetown, and right across from Tapas restaurant, it made exploring easy. The friendly and accommodating host provided a helpful welcome package for navigating the island. Highly recommended—definitely worth a return stay.

Gorgeous and fully equipped apartment with everything needed for a beach holiday. Hosts were very kind and respond quickly to our messages. Perfect for families with little ones, our toddler loved watching people in the pool from the balcony. We hope to stay again!

Travelled here as a family of four with a 12 and 15 year old. The condo is set in beautiful gardens with a pool that’s was so quiet, we only shared it once during our week long stay. The whole complex was super secure with coded gates to get in and out. The condo was spacious and immaculate. Two bedrooms both with their own bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment you would need, including a large fridge/freezer and washer and dryer. The equipment continues with all the things you’d need for the beach, chairs, toys, cooler, body boards, snorkels you only need your trunks! The air conditioning in the bedroom is welcome at night and the living room is easily cooled by the breeze from the windows. There is a lovely balcony that overlooks the pool and allows for outside dining as well as sun loungers for relaxation. I cannot fault this apartment we felt right at home. The surrounding area..there is a small shopping precinct next door, and the beach and sea are across the road. The complex is nice and quiet at night. Communication from the owners was super and the property manager gave us the full tour on arrival. I would not hesitate to book this again or recommended to anyone wanting to visit this beautiful island.

Home away from home

We had an amazing stay at Margate Gardens. Host was amazing and the listing was on point. Hoping to make this our permanent vacation rental. Great Property

This was a great property. It was very convenient to shops and the beach. The property was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the pool and walking to the beach. We would love to stay at Margate Gardens again when visiting beautiful Barbados in the future. The staff are very friendly and the owner was very kind, calling to check on us during our stay. I would highly recommend 40 Margate Gardens when visiting Barbados.

Beautiful Margate Gardens

Margate Gardens was as advertised and more. Clean, modern and in an appropriate location. Close to the beach, food court, groceries and souvenir shopping. We had an awesome time. Apt for staying in as well with the appartment being equipped with A smart TV, accessible pool and balcony with lots of seating for eating or lounging.

This property was excellent. The unit was extremely well stocked. The kitchen had all the basics required. Loads of beach amenities were also available including beach chairs, cooler, snorkelling equipment etc which was amazing and made it easy for us to explore the island on our own in our rental car. The location was walking distance to a wide array of restaurants - from nice beachfront dinner spots to local lunch spots at the plaza next door. Travelling to Carlyle Bay or The Gap was also very easy.Overall - this unit was great and I would definitely stay here again if we find our way back to Barbados.

OMG PEACEFUL, CLEAN, AND AMAZING

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and I play to boom again for next year. I felt as if I was home. I wish there was a AC unit in the living room as I would have loved to enjoy it a little more. However, I still enjoyed my stay. I even wrote a note in the guest book. Thank you so much for allowing me to spending a few days in such a beautiful home while spreading the gospel.

Rod and Wanda’s place was perfect. The appartment was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfy as was the inside and outside seating. The balcony was a blessing and the breeze sooo welcome. Open the front door and let breeze blow through. Enough fans too. Kitchen better stocked than mine at home. The gardens are so stunning and lovingly looked after and of course the pool .

need.The pool area is lovely with comfortable loungers, Most days we had the pool to ourselfs. The locations is excellent you are within walking distants of shops, restaurants and bars. Jemella the property manager is very helpfull and on hand if you need her. I would definitely recommend this apartment. We are repeat guests, for a reason! Excellent accommodations in a fabulous location! From booking, to check-in and check-out …. Everything was seamless (thx. Jamella) and so relaxing. The owners are very attentive and it shows in their level of care of the property. The gardens and pool area are beautiful and so quiet. The boardwalk is a real bonus to the area and exposes so many wonderful restaurants and beach bars, all within walking distance. Thank you, Wanda and Rod!

Perfect holiday home

We had an amazing first holiday in Barbados and Rod and Wandas condo is the perfect place to stay. It had everything we needed and more. We were greeted by Jamilla on arrival and she showed us around and provided all the information we needed to know for our stay. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony watching the hummingbirds and relaxing. We also enjoyed having a dip in the pool and we always had it to ourselves. The condo is in a great location to get to the beach, enjoy the boardwalk and head out for something to eat and drink at the lovely local restaurants and bars, we all gave our holiday 10/10 and hope that we will come back to enjoy it again soon.

Great vacations

The apartment is perfectly clean and everything works well, the bathrooms, the air conditioning and other equipment and the kitchen is very well equipped. Beach items and diving equipment in good condition. The owners Rod & Wanda and Jamella were very attentive and attentive whenever we were well. Very well located and close to everything: shops, beaches and supermarkets. The pool is very well maintained and beautiful gardens. One hundred percent recommended.
