„The apartment met my needs. However, it had a bad odor. Had to keep windows open to air out.“

„Alles war einfach nur perfekt! Die Wohnung, die Lage. Alles was wir besuchen wollten war in einem Umkreis von max 10 min. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt“

„Lovely apartment with everything you need and a great host!“

„Check-in was super easy. Apartment was sparkling clean, cute retro decor and with a super comfy mattress and puffy duvet! Kitchen also had great quality utensils and all we needed. The apartment was exactly as advertised and filled all our needs. Quite a bargain and so much better than a hotel! We were grateful for the nice front-loading washer and dryer when we got caught hiking by a thunderstorm!“

„I think it should be advertised that this is an older hotel. In the advertisement it didn’t say it was a hotel.“

„This was a great place for us to stay while we had appointments at the Mayo Clinic. It is very bright and open with tons of windows. Becca was very responsive and easy to communicate with. All of the rooms are spacious, and the extra half-bath is very convenient.“

„Convenient location to many attractions. Off street and we'll lit parking around the back side of property. It's a shorter carry from the back parking spot. Nice place.“

„Super cozy and lots of space!! Very clean!! I wish we had more time to spend there!“

„Great place as advertised!“

„The property in the photos is as pictured. The host Beau was great with communication. Check-in was easy and we had beautiful views of the lake. The pool was a nice break from the high temperatures. We have stayed a couple of times and will be back the next time we are in lake city!“

„It it rare to find a well-appointed property like this one. It was well designed and organized with high quality appliances and kitchenware. Erin was incredibly fast with responding to all communications. The property was close to many restaurants and coffee shops.“

„Quaint small town, central location, great communication from owner, nice living room area TV, 2 couches, large bathroom, nice shower & makeup vanity area, compact kitchen with everything you could possibly need, tasteful decor with local art, sweet little patio with seating for 2. Right on the Main Street but it is such a quiet town it never felt busy. Nice shops and restaurant within a block. Welcome bottle of wine & coffee/creamer available was a nice touch. The apartment is above a store. ...

„We had a lovely mother daughters weekend and couldn't have imagined a better place. It had everything and more that we needed. We can not wait to come back. Highly recommend :-)“
