Cris,The pool is maintained daily, but due to our hotel location in the tropics, a few palm leaves might fall in once in a while. The Monkey Lala recipe is a general recipe that the majority of restaurants on the island share. A lot of foods and drinks carry sugar as it is a popular ingredient on the island-- we apologize for our cultural inconvenience. When you arrived we explained room service is done when requested. You informed management that you would let us know when you wanted room service. Rooms are checked before the guest arrives for cleanliness. We can assure that our rooms are clean upon arrival.

Good afternoon,We checked with you daily to make sure you were being accommodated for. We are shocked by this review. We understand you were upset and caused a commotion about the pricing of the plates at the restaurant as you stated that you were on a budget vacation-- but leaving such a negative review about our food, that we have yet to receive a complaint about, especially food poisoning is shocking. We checked your room to make sure the shower wasn't broken, and it wasn't. We will strive to make our guests' experience a great on, and we hope that Expedia can correct this review as you have spammed it more than once. As stated before, we understand your budget situation and hope that you correct your review as our restaurant prices should not affect the review scale.
