I was staying at the Sea View Hotel for one night. I'll start with the negatives: the hotel is old and worn as was the room. The room had nowhere to sit, had a bedside lamp but no obvious place to plug it in. I eventually found a socket that it would reach in the closet. Coincidentally, that is also where I found the TV! The cable connection for the tv didn't work but I could at least use it as a monitor. The worst thing for me was the lack of a proper curtain. The room had a large window covered with a net curtain so I was woken early by the sun streaming in the window.
On the positive side the staff were extremely friendly and there is a small, outdoor restaurant and bar which was inexpensive but with good, local food and great service. Location wise, it is a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Road Town.
All in all, I do find hotel accommodation actually in Road Town quite sparse so choices are limited so if you need something close to the centre and don't mind a basic hotel then you could do worse than stay at the Sea View.
