The location is perfect near everything you need, 20 minutes from Newport. The property itself is immaculate, clean, cozy and just a home away from home. „The property was as described with a convenient central location. It was well laid out for a group. The kitchen was well-stocked. As it is right on the Main Street it was a little noisy in the morning but to be expected. The host was responsive and accommodating. My one critique is that the roof top deck needs a refresh-the deck paint and seat cushions are very worn. It was a lovely place to hang out.“

„This property was a perfect location for Federal Hill/Little Italy and an easy walk to the RI Convention Center (~20min) with good coffee on the way. It was super quiet, had all the basics, and was exactly what we needed. I wish I had noticed that it did not have wifi, but this didn't impact the quality of our stay.“

„A nice cozy couples spot. Clean and tidy. You will get more for your money then staying at a hotel. Decent view of the harbour. We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either.“

"Omni is a nice and convenient hotel to stay. I was one week there for a conference. The hotel is directly connected with the convention centre where the conference happened. People were very friendly and supportive. Room had everything you need and was clean. I would go one more time there."
