El hotel esta bien, pero existe gran inseguridad en sus alrededores, gran cantidad de maleantes, provenientes de las favelas. Como ejemplo sufrimos el robo de un celular.

The hotel is right infront of copacabana beach. Despite the noise infront of the beach and street cars, inside the room is very quiet. Our room has a balcony with partial view. Water is not provided, Only 1 Coffee and 1 tea is free on the first night. There is supermarket 3 corners away. A lot of dining and shopping near the hotel. Very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff especially Duda, who helped us how to go around. Front desk and Duda speak very good English, easy to communicate.

This is the most discusting hotel I have ever stayed at! Mildew and mold everywhere in the room. The toilet doesn't flush and the AC is leaking onto the floor creating a puddle. Homeless people right outside of the hotel. I paid for a room with a balcony and ocean view, but got a balcony with a view of a nasy alleyway. On top of it all front desk attendents are scamming tourists by selling carnival tickets for 4 times the price that it says on the ticket. I should've know it was a scam when he said no credit cards, only cash. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

Cute hotel, some small improvements needed
Cute hotel rooms and tropical theme, amazing view of Copacabana is the highlight. The staff were all super helpful but a few things felt too budget like no irons in the rooms (and when called told none are available) and they don’t give you any complimentary drinking water not even 1 bottle. If they had some of these basic amenities available the whole stay would have been better. Also the cleaning staff came very late in the day so if you want to relax in the room in the afternoon you can’t. Breakfast was great and the ceviche restaurant downstairs is very good and the room service food although it came from the same place wasn’t as good as the food in the restaurant.

Clean, convenient, cozy and not costly.
Clean and basic hotel on Copacabana beach. I would equate it to ALoft or Moxy. If you are looking for a no frills, clean hotel on the beach with a cozy room and good price, this is your place. Let’s face it, when in Rio you should not spend much time in the room anyway.

The room was 20sqm, but who knew the bed would be 18sqm!! No space to move around. Very difficult and uncomfortable. Poor amenities. Staff don't care. It seems they give these rooms to those who book through Expedia or hotels.com. but not to direct booked customers!

Staff friendly and helpful. Bed, pillows, bedding were great. Decent options for breakfast, especially since i eat a light breakfast. Bathroom looks bit tired. There was some mold in the shower. Overall good value for money, based on its location across the Copababana beach.

Stayed here for almost 3 weeks and really enjoyed my stay: very friendly staff (from the security to the cleaning staff and people at the reception desk), nice interior design and good and clean rooms. Also, the hotel is at the Copacabana beach and a lot of restaurants, stores etc are near the hotel. If you want to pick a quiet environment you should pick another hotel due to the fact that it is on the Copacabana, so there is life around it.

I enjoyed my stay in this comfortable hotel - lovely room overlooking the beach. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Convenient location - easy to explore Copocabana and Ipanema, very close to the shops.

Located directly on Copacabana beach, very easy to reach restaurant on the beach, taxi,uber, etc. The staff was very friendly and allowed me to extend check-out time for free. TOP

Très bonne accueil, personnel aux petits soins. Néanmoins la vue des chambres est catastrophique et l'isolation phonique est réellement à revoir Dommage gros potentiel.
