„We had the best stay in this beautiful shepherds hut. The location was perfect, the position of the shepherds hut allowed for guest privacy while also offering wonderful views and outdoor space. The accommodation was perfect with everything you could need. Would highly recommend. “

„The instructions for entry were misleading & it took over an hour to work out what they meant. There were 3 steep & sharp steps to the front door & no hand rail. The dining room furniture was a table on wheels which wouldn't lock, no chairs but 2 wooden benches from a garden set. Neither lavatory had a properly fitting seat. On Saturday the builder next door was apparently stripping wood on the party wall. The noise was so loud the telephone answerer couldn't hear me on the phone. I was told ...

„We enjoyed our stay at Waterditch Farm, the property was spacious and well equipped for cooking meals. The sofas were very comfortable and the beds. It is close to both the sea and forest with good amenities close by. Of concern during our stay was the water levels surrounding the property and on the local roads, access was tricky through the deep puddles with hidden potholes. We were advised by locals that flooding is common which would have been useful to know at the point of booking.“

„Nice property to stay in for a short break. 4 adults and 2 children (4&1) - plenty of space for all of us. Toys in the property for the kids. Not far to beach & supermarket by car. Shame about the 2 cars being restored next door and the neighbour on an old office chair drinking opposite. Make sure you take the bins out and do the dishwasher when leaving etc No cleaners are coming to do it when you leave - you will be messaged to make sure you have read the checkout orders.“
