The 2 story villa has ocean views from most rooms with modern kitchens, living areas, ocean side balconies & grills on both floors. The pool area has lounge chairs, hammocks, grill, shaded eating area & fire pit, plus beach chairs, coolers, umbrella & beach cart.

The villa is just 5min from twn ctr, restaurants/bars, shops & beaches.
The space
This modern 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath Villa is solar powered and fully air conditioned and also has an automatic backup generator for a worry free Puerto Rican holiday.

Enjoy breathtaking views while cooking, dining, poolside, in the jacuzzi or even taking a shower!

The house is fully equipped with two kitchens (upstairs and downstairs) cookware, kitchen appliances, plastic ware, glassware and everything you can think of to feel at home and enjoy your surroundings.

There are large patios on both levels with areas to sit, BBQ, enjoy a drink, listen to music and take in the panoramic ocean views

Entertainment includes: Hi-speed internet with WiFi, 4 TV sets, a 110 inch screen projector system, Sony Ht-A7000 7.1.2 Dolby Atmos Sound Bar, Alexa on both floors and Apple HomePod, poolside.

The 40 foot infinity pool and patio area includes a restroom, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, a cantilever large umbrella, a refrigerator and wet bar, Apple HomePod, patio furniture and dining table. A fire pit is available for use in the evenings.
Guest access
Guests will be renting the entire villa including upstairs, downstairs and will have exclusive use of the pool and patio. Parking is available in the driveway.
