„This condo is the perfect place to stay in Rincon. It is right across from the public beach. Beautiful sunsets! Restaurants and shopping nearby. Short drive to other beaches. The condo itself is equipped for cooking if you want to eat in. Loved having access to a washer and dryer. The large balcony was a perfect place to relax. There are 2 parking spots in a gated area. „What a wonderful stay! Location is superb, the view from the patio is magical. Comfortable condo with comfy bed(s) (we only used one room). Very private. Walking distance to restaurants and beaches. (Someone commented about the hill being difficult, we found the stairs in the back!). So close to everything in Roncon, Aguada, Aguadilla, we rarely had to drive more than 10-15 minutes to anything. Every time we returned it felt like "coming home:. Highly recommend!“

„We loved the apartment as it contained everything that we needed for our ten day stay. For the first week we did not have a car but found lots to explore on foot. We walked down to the artisan’s market on Thursday night and had dinner in town. We felt perfectly safe walking home after dark. Grocery stores, fruit stands and other food vendors were convenient. We loved the beach and walked Dow down to watch the sunset every night. Thanks Alex for your great attention.“

„Really Enjoyed the location and the beautiful backyard area. The only thing i would complain about is that the wifi didnt work and i missed a big deadline at work due to that. And when i emailed the owner, it was never fixed. There were also a few small issues that when mentioned to owner, no reply or apology. So just a little better of communication is needed.“

"The property is newly renovated and the common areas look beautiful! It has a large parking, great restaurant, a few other eating locations around and a great location - you are at a beach or regional road in no time! You can even see the ocean from the property, as it is located on top of the hill. The late check in was almost like a treasure hunt, so much fun! They sent us an email with instructions where to find which item to check in (map, key etc)...and then tmrw morning we officially checked in with the documents. :) The only thing which can be improved is that in the room 4 at least, the shower is super small and the curtain is too large, so it sticks on you while taking a shower. Anyhow the bathroom is tiny by default (which cant be changed easily), but at least showering experience can be improved. Otherwise great pool, hot tub, atmosphere..."
