The welcome and send off were especially pleasant, cordial and heartfelt. Knowing how deceptive photos can be, I thought the privat pool might be a bit small and was prepared to use the main one. „Wir sind regelmaessig Gast im Westin (ehemals Kempinski). An und fuer sich gibt es wenig zu beanstanden. Verbessert hat sich meiner Meinung nach das Fruehstueck seit Westin am Ball ist. Die Lage direkt an der City Center Mall ist unschlagbar.
Einziger Wermutstropfen war das wir 3 Stunden auf unsere Zimmer warten mussten. Haben die Zeit in der mall und Hotelbar ueberbrueckt.“

"The bed-mattress was U-shaped !!! : Completely worn out and like a sink-hole : you drop into and can not get out again.

"Ein echtes Dreckloch!!! Nicht einmal der Tisch war geputzt!!! Alles eklig!! Handtücher musste man erbetteln. Die Vorhänge waren voller Brandlöcher und Malerfarbe. Habe gegen Auftpreis größeres Zimmer bekommen, jedoch gleicher übler Standard. Wasserhähne eklig, defekt und wacklig. Nicht einmal ein Teller oder Messer waren in der Küche vorhanden. Fenster war defekt und somit immer offen und vor lauter Dreck konnte man nicht durchsehen. Balkon war unzugänglich weil laute Kühlung dort installiert wurde. Für Bewohner aus der ersten Welt völlig unzumutbar!!! Essen nur über Lieferung oder außer Haus. "
