„First time in Rome for both me and my friend. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for us! Very basic but very clean. Quiet, only a bit of street noise. Elevator to second floor. About a 12 minute walk to the subway which we used several times (easy and safe) but also walkable to most of the major attractions. Several restaurants nearby. Adorable neighborhood. Would stay here again! “

Unfortunately, I ended up with an ant infestation in my bedroom that had to be treated twice and the couch and chairs in the living room need to be thrown out. They were sunken in and impossible to sit on for more than a few minutes. The host, fortunately compensated us for the infestation and horrible furniture by giving us a free transfer to Termini Station. We appreciated ...

„Uralte schmutzige Küche, ungeeignet für Kochen oder Essen Zubereiten.Kalte dunkle ungemütliche Souterrain Wohnung mit alten maroden teilweise kaputten Möbeln. Wir waren im Oktober da und haben gefroren.Das Bad war ungekachelt und ungefließt, lediglich mit Farbe gestrichen. Schwarzer Schimmel in Dusche und Waschbecken, die Toilette war verstopft. Ekelhaft.Fazit: heruntergekommen, schmutzig, ohne jeden Komfort. Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis ist absolut unangemessen. Nie wieder.“

There were spare thicker blankets in the cuboard and also spare bedding and towels.The host was very acommodating, answering any and all questions very quickly, even when late at night.The flat was easy to get into via a link on my phone and the host also sent me a very comprehensive document detailing everything about the apartment: spare adapters; where the cleaning equipment was (eg detergent, soap, gloves), how to use the air conditioning and the TVs. „This was such a great location in Rome. One of our guides kept telling us how great of a place it was because it was less touristy, had a local market right by us and all of the restaurants that were close were excellent. The host was easy to communicate with. He made check in easy and accommodated us when we wanted to leave our bags a little passed check out so we didnt have to drag them around as we toured Rome on the last day. I highly recommend “
