„The host provides excellent communication, all the amenities one could need, and the perfect location! My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and admired the beautiful antique items. Even in the cold Mystic winter, the heaters in each zone made for a very comfortable holiday!Note for anyone with mobility issues, it's an old house, and the staircase has narrow steps. But it did not detract from our stay! Highly recommend for a perfect Mystic experience : )“

The neighborhood was a quiet working-class neighborhood without a lot of traffic and the location was convenient to everything in Norwich. While it’s not handicapped accessible (as in wheelchair access), there aren’t a lot of steps so I think an older person would be able to go in and out with help. „Home was quaint. Kitchen was complete with everything needed for cooking. Large refrigerator. Back yard has a swing set and a fire pit. Side yard had a tire swing. One master bedroom, and two twin beds upstairs. Living room has two couches. Location of the house was perfect. Close to most everything. The tree house restaurant is close by, very good! And of course don't forget iggys right near the water. “

"Nice outside seating. Shopping mall across the street. Brewery with nice outside seating in walking distance. There was a little glitch with our booking and the room was not ready upon arrival at 5pm. But the very friendly staff at the reception did their best to handle the situation. The hotel design and rooms are very stylish. Really liked the loft-like style in the former fruit of the loom building!"

"Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt leider aufgrund einer Planänderung nicht antreten. Daher hatten wir sowohl über Expedia als auch beim Hotel eine Kulanzanfrage für eine Erstattung gestellt. Weder von Expedia noch vom Hotel haben wir je eine Antwort erhalten. Stattdessen sollen wir ein Hotel bewerten, in dem wir nie übernachtet haben. Sowohl von Expedia als auch vom Hotel sehr unprofessionell!"
