„We enjoyed staying at the property. It was a convenient in the middle of everything and a quiet neighborhood. Very roomy and very clean.“

„House was very nice a super clean. Would def stay again“

„First off the house I booked was not available and I was put in another house that was not clean. The house walls in the hallway were dirty in just about every room. The door knob on the restroom door was about to fall off. Broken furniture. I also paid more money for the house I originally booked and then did no t get to stay in it: The host was also terrible. She did not acknowledge how dirty this house was or the missing remotes to there in bedroom and the fact there was no ironing board or ...

„The house wasn’t very clean and there were roaches“

„Owner was helpful and he tried to clean the beds second day , but first day was hard with flies and roaches in the kitchen my suggestion would be to take care of carpets and bedding free of pest“

„The Farmhouse was a clean and cute! Would definitely stay there again.“

„This property was a scam. Got there and the person that answered the door said they don’t rent rooms. There was a pad lock on the door for entry never received check in info. Please do not pay your money here👎👎👎❌❌❌“

„Property was very clean and well maintained. Check in and out instructions were easy to follow overall. We did not expect to have a direct access door leading from the main property into the hallway of the rental and felt a slight bit uneasy about privacy but overall it was a great stay.“

„I feel the property was misrepresented to a point. This house would be a great rental property if it had some TLC. The front door is molded on the outside and it doesn’t seal properly in the frame so we battled bugs the entire time. The wood look floor is in really bad shape and needs to be replaced. However, the neighbors were really nice and answered questions and Paola always responded to my text questions. Being on a corner lot didn’t help because of the noise and people racing up and down ...

„Clean property and stocked kitchen with utensils. The property itself is on the older side and could use some TLC. But for our purposes for a quick layover in Houston, it worked fine.“

„My best friend, my sons, and my nephew gathered at Riverside Country Retreat for the weekend. The house was perfect: great bbq grill, fire pit and three cozy bedrooms! We Sat out by the fire and walked the trail to the river. Our rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. This is a great place in close proximity to Brazos Bend State Park where we geocached and hiked. We watched lightening bugs play and spotted raccoons and armadillos in the beautiful woods behind the ...

„I never write negative reviews but this Rental deserves one. First impression pulling in driveway was bad. Grass was a foot high and front door was filthy. Inside 3/4 of window blinds didn’t work. Kitchen counters were Granite looking wallpaper over plywood and there were multiple rips and tears. Shower head was rusted ( we didn’t use ).Both couches seat cushions were worn with no seating support. While sitting you sunk down 6”.And in our two nights there we saw 5 roaches and a spider. Only ...

„We were here for a horse show in Katy, and this place was great! It rained, and we got pretty muddy--but luckily, we could do laundry.“
