The setup was perfect with a master that had its own bathroom for my wife and me and an attached separate bedroom for my other two kids. „This was an absolute gem of a property - it's even nicer than the photos. It's very open and airy, a lot of space for the 3 of us and our 2 dogs. The pups appreciated having the big open space to run and play outside - we brought a tether along and strapped it to a sturdy tree while they ran about. The view from out back at sunset is stellar, and the property is private while still being a short drive to some of the great spots to see in the area!“

„The property was perfect for what we needed. The home is very cute but has plenty of space for a number of people and the large pup we have. The fenced in area and gates on the deck were super for the dog. The home was well equipped so aside from our clothes and groceries, not much else needed to be brought. „Stayed her with 3 other parents while our sons played in the Cooperstown All-Star Village tournament. House is only a 15 minute ride to ASV. House was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Right on the river and has a dock so we did a little fishing. You can rent kayaks at shop down street if you want. Would highly recommend staying here if your child is playing at either Dreams park ( 10 min drive) or ASV.“
