„It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again.“

„Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. “

„Very clean, perfectly adequate for our needs while attending a workshop. Well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. I especially appreciate that this rental was dog friendly. „This was perfect location for our stay in Cooperstown (12 minutes from Dreams Park) and a block walk to MLB HOF and a block walk to the lake with a quaint nearby park. Restaurants, coffee shop and souvenir shopping are plentiful within walking distance. This unit was clean, and stocked with kitchen utensils/cookware/dishes,etc, drip coffee pot as well as keurig. Jack and Jill bathroom with toiletries and towels provided. Bernie, the host, was very attentive, responsive, accessible and helpful! ...

It allowed us to all be in the same place but also had plenty of room for my parents and i to sleep seperately and without disturbing anyone. „The location was perfect for our Dreams Park trip. Being less than 15 mins from the field was ideal for in between games trips to cool off or eat lunch (and for our toddler to take much needed naps!) The view from the back deck is beautiful and peaceful. The living space was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials. Clean and comfortable! If we end up in this area again we will 100% try and book here if it’s available. “
