„We loved Mindy’s cottage! The check in process was very smooth. It was just as it was listed. It was super clean and cute!! We came for side by side trip. We had plenty of space to park our truck and trailer. The beds were very comfy. There was plenty of towels and bedding. It was a nice place to come back to and relax after a long day of riding. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this is one of our favorites. We will definitely be back!“

„This is an experience like no other - very magical and fun. Our kids had a wonderful time hanging out in a treehouse, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit and watching the owls in the evening. John, the property owner and Bella (his dog) are excellent hosts. Everything was clean and ready for us. The only downside (if you have little kids who all need to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom lol) is the bathroom being across the suspension bridge. „The place was a beautiful, cozy space. It was very welcoming, modern, but also had a very beautiful farm charm. We were able to celebrate my husband’s birthday and they were so helpful with helping me set up tables and use all their set up and backyard and it made for a beautiful party.Always helpful and hospitable.Everyone loved the horses and the beautiful scenery of the place.“

„The property is amazing! Mary is a great host, very responsive if you have questions. The location is in a quiet, rural area perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets. We spent our days exploring Capitol Reef and the Fishlake area then would come back to play games and relax. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything you could ever need is provided and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.“
