Hübsches Boutiquehotel in der Altstadt, 5 min. zur Hafenpromenade. Zimmer sind großzügig mit sehr hoher Decke, ruhiges und helles Zimmmer mit Blick auf den hübschen Innenhof mit Palmen, Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen, in dem auch gefrühstückt wird. Pool. Wenig Zimmer. Sehr angenehmes Serviceteam. Sehr sauber.

Nebenan ist direkt eine Bar und die Fussgängerzone. Wer frueh schlafen will fuer den ist es etwas zu laut. Ansonsten alles Top!

Kleines Hotel in der Altstadt von Rethymno
Das kleine Hotel liegt mitten in Rethymno. Unser Superiorzimmer war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wirklich schön! Etwas besonderes! Die Größe war wirklich super. Genug Platz für alles! Lediglich das Bad war ziemlich klein und es fehlte ein wenig an Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Sauberkeit war gut. Leider war das Reinigungspersonal unfreundlich. Alle weiteren Angestellten und auch das Personal im Bistro waren aber sehr nett und freundlich! Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich toll. Es ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Einziger Nachteil dieser tollen Lage, ist die Entfernung zu den Parkmöglichkeiten. Da das Hotel in einer Fußgängerzone liegt, muss ein kleiner Weg (ca. 10 min.) zurückgelegt werden. ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen und würde es immer wieder buchen!

Mitten drin und soo ruhig
Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen und doch völlig ruhiger Hinterhof mit Palmen und grün. Auch nachts sehr ruhig und heimelig. Die Zimmer werden wohl in Kürze renoviert (ist auch gut so). Badezimmer sind z. T. ohne Fenster und Lüftung. Das Personal ist sehr freundich. Alles in Allem empfehlenswert, trotz des Bades. Für Kinder vielleicht nicht geeignet.

We enjoyed our stay at Pepi Hotel and would definitely stay again. Pros: - Walking distance to lots of dining options, sightseeing, shopping etc, perfect location! - Friendly staff - Very tasty breakfast and wines - Quiet, relaxed atmosphere - Room 6 was spacious and had a great balcony overlooking the pool - Fridge in room - Powerful shower - Able to use the facilities after checkout if late transfer home - Nice pool for cooling down in Cons: - When we first entered the room on arrival, there was a slight sewage type smell which was overpowering. Thankfully this went away throughout the week but kept coming back here and there. - Only outdoor shower for getting ready for flights, no desperate changing area/suitcase area whilst waiting to get to the airport - Lack of space for clothes in the bedroom, there was a wardrobe but no drawers at all - Cappuccinos and Lattes are usually included within the price for breakfast at most hotels but are extra here - Bed extremely hard There are a couple of cons but overall, the pros outweigh these and the stunning aesthetic of the hotel, combined with the staff and location make it a great stay. It would be good if some more small comforts were thought about for future rather than just concentrating on the style. Please get new beds as they are very hard!

Really unique lovely property. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us. The pool area was secluded and quiet, great for relaxing and there were great restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect stay
Just had the most amazing weeks stay at this hotel with my daughter, the staff were so welcoming and helpful and the accommodation was excellent. The hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of the old town yet the courtyard with pool area was so peaceful. The hotel also arranged our transfers to and from the airport which went very smoothly. Thank you to all for an amazing holiday.

A smart hotel in a central location.
A lovely small hotel at the heart of Rethymno. Very central and easy walking to shops, restaurants, harbour, beach and port. We stayed in a maisonette. Due to Covid all of the kitchen equipment was taken out so we didn’t have the facilities we expected, which was a little disappointing. However, it had a comfortable bedroom on the mezzanine with a king size bed. The accommodation for us lacked natural light due to small windows. Even with the shutters open it was still quite dark. I suppose this was designed to keep out some of the heat. There are lots of choices for breakfast served in the beautiful courtyard around the swimming pool. The Reception and breakfast serving staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Incroyable Hôtel situé au coeur de la vieille ville de Rethymnon. Nice and convenient hotel in the heart of Rethymno
Perfect location to stay in the heart of the old town in Rethymno. The hotel is nice, good breakfast but our room was a bit dated. Overall, friendly service, convenient and good value for money. No worries about the parking situation, because there's a parking lot only 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel which charges 5 euros per day.

Pepi Boutique is cantered in the Old part of town and as such virtually traffic free . It means two things , one it was very quiet and peaceful but cases had to be wheeled from the nearest drop off point. As we are fit the 5 min walk with cases was not a problem but be aware this has to be done. The hotel does not have a lift to the first floor so if you have a mobility problem then the ground floor might be a better choice . We opted for a room on the first floor which had an enormous bed ,small balcony and all the usual facilities and masses of HOT water all day long . The reception area is very attractive and manned until 11.00 at night and the inner courtyard area is an Oasis . The is a small pool well maintained with comfortable sun beds with breakfast tables carefully placed so that breakfast can be enjoyed outside. We were very surprised by the inclusive breakfast which was extremely good with plenty of choice . Top marks to all the staff who are so warm friendly and always smiling and helpful, nothing was too much trouble . If you want to stay in a small , quiet hotel located near to all the local shops and restaurants this is for you..
