Sehr schöne Außen-Anlage,prima Pool, alles sehr gepflegt . Prima Haus , viel Platz , Bäder etwas klein aber ausreichend. Alles sehr sauber . Topp Lage , wunderschöner Blick. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , immer ansprechbereit. Absolut zu empfehlen !!

Incredible vacation at this beautiful property

This property exceeded all our expectations, and I am not easily impressed. From the moment we arrived to the day we left the owner was always available to answer our questions. Location is perfect, beaches and restaurants all within 1 mins drive, but I already knew that having stayed in the area before. I had concerns having very young children about safety around the pool area, but I need not have worried as it was possible to lock off the pool area when needed. The children still had plenty of outdoor area to play away from the pool. This property has it all, fantastic sea views, tennis, volleyball, basketball, crazy golf, hens, chickens, a peacock, superb pool table and table football. Basically you could not ask for more, caters for all the family. I would go as far as to say that this is probably the best property we have ever stayed in anywhere. I will be back, thank you Joanna and Stelios for being such fantastic hosts.

The absolute BEST! Top to bottom

Words cannot do justice to the experience that my family and I had had at this property. It was truly a magical trip and that is thanks to the owners and etouri service providers. Beautiful views with mountains in the background, Perfect vantage point for sunrises and sunsets, And absolutely private experience with a grocery store only a three minute drive down the hill, And only 15 minutes Away from old town Reythmno. We had a fantaatic time, and were well taken care of. You will not regret staying here, it is even better than advertised. We will be going back!

Very nice outdoor environment. The peacock was very disturbing, defecating in the children's area. Indoors, poor hot water. The shower on the entrance floor was too small for two bedrooms and that it was not close to the rooms.

Villa Belle

Villa Belle is a beautifully fitted, well located Villa, with easy access to restaurants, bars + beaches. The facilities were excellent, with lovely indoor and outdoor seating areas to relax in. The hot tub was a particular favourite with my family. Joanna, the owner was very kind and welcoming, leaving us a fantastic welcome pack. She supplied us with fresh eggs and sweet treats during the week. Kostas and the etouri team ,who manage the Villa were excellent and were always available to help when asked. We had a lovely stay at Villa Belle and would highly recommend the Villa as a base for visiting Crete.

Incredible stay at Villa Belle

We had the most amazing week at Villa Belle. The villa is beautiful, well maintained and spotlessly clean. It has been designed with thought and care and has unique, attractive decoration. Each room is individual and stylish, but remains practical and comfortable too. The downstairs games area is brilliant for teens and adults alike. The outdoor areas at the villa are also excellent providing lots to do, with comfy shaded seating areas, the hot tub, swimming pool, mini golf, table tennis, basketball/volley ball court and children's play area. The flowers and citrus trees are gorgeous. The views are stunning across the sea and to the mountains. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could need for your holiday, including a fabulous outside cooking area. The villa itself is complimented by the wonderfully warm welcome from Ioanna and Stelios, the hosts. They could not be more friendly, thoughtful and caring, really going that extra step to make your holiday perfect and look after everything you might need. We had to postpone our stay twice due to Covid but throughout, they made the process straightforward and stress-free. Once we arrived, they were so kind, leaving lots of essentials and Greek specialities for us. Ionnna even baked us a truly delicious cake during the week. The freshly laid eggs from the chickens at the bottom of the garden were delightful and made for very tasty breakfasts. Overall we cannot recommend this villa and Ioanna and Stelios more highly. If you book a holiday with them, you will not be disappointed. Truly magnificent!

Lovely owners very helpful and tend to any needs very promptly. Huge property lots of room ,10 of us including a toddler.Gates up for child safety. Outdoor area expansive and well equipped. Near to a village and a town ,village has bakery and butcher and a seafood shop. Supermarket 5 minute drive Very clean property and owners discreetly check and clean daily even leaving treats some days. Our family had a lovely relaxing family time You may even see the resident Peacock strut it’s feathers.

Bonjour, Nous sommes rentrés de Crête depuis 6 jours et nous avons toujours la nostalgie de ce séjour dans la Villa belle. Nous avons été impressionnés par la gentillesse de notre reception lors de notre arrivée. Johanna et Stélios sont de formidables ambassadeurs de la Grèce. Outre une présentation extrêmement détaillée de la villa, des précisions historiques et géographiques de la Crète nous ont permis de peaufiner l'organisation de notre séjour. En peu de temps nos hôtes nous ont permis de nous sentir en pleine confiance. Quelque soit les soucis qui auraient pu nous préoccuper nous savions qu'autant Johanna que Stélios répondraient à nos requêtes. La villa quant à elle, nous a complètement satisfait. Elle répondait complètement à nos attentes et à la description que nous en avait fait Kostas VASILAKIS. Le partie humaine ainsi que l'aspect matériel me permettent sans risque de m'engager pour mes amis, nous reviendrons. Et plus, nous réutiliserons le même circuit pour le même site. The villa facilities were excellent for an extended family with children of various ages. The security and safety makes for a stress free time for the adults when the children are using the pool and play areas. The relaxation and eating areas were very flexible. One improver would be a walk -in shower instead of the jacuzzi bath with overhead shower in the first floor main bedroom. Contact with the villa owners was quick and effective when needed and were very helpful, and the provision of fresh eggs was really appreciated. The local restaurant was disappointing not opening during lunch time except Sunday and not walkable. Proximity and access to Rethmnyo is excellent. No beaches are walkable, so good villa facilites and a car are paramount. Great holiday.

Stunning

Villa Belle was everything we hoped for and more! Location is very convenient, close to beaches and shopping and offers amazing views any time of the day. Villa is very well appointed with all necessities you may need for a relaxing vacation. Owners are beyond nice and accommodating. Owners take a great care of the grounds to ensure pool, hot tub and gardens are super clean and welcoming. When we arrived baskets of fruit and pastries and some wine were waiting for us. We even received a home baked cake during our stay. We had 9 adults and 2 children and had more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. Outdoor grill/Owen were a great option when we wanted to have dinner by the pool instead of eating out. Villa has great security features where we felt comfortable leaving our possessions and going exploring all day. Truly unforgettable experience!

Blissful oasis

We were 2 families with teens and young adults. Villa Belle offered a fabulous amount of space to allow people their space, a great range of entertainment (pool table, table tennis, gym , foosball) as well as the swimming pool and jacuzzi, complete with pool toys and floating drink holders! We had a beautiful time at the house and so much attengikn from the owner and management team to ensure we had everything we needed. We very much appreciated the welcome pack of eggs, fresh produce, wine, beer etc and the free booking at the nearby beach club was perfect for check out day. A car is essential but the supermarket and mainbroad are very close and accessible. A gorgeous stay we were incredibly sad to see end. Would gladly return and still hope the friendly little cat who earned our affection was still around 😊

Fantastic views

We stayed for 10 days at Villa Belle with our extended family and it suited us perfectly. The house is spacious with large bedrooms and lots of communal spaces. The outdoor space is lovely and has space for both the kids and adults to enjoy. Our three kids (aged 3, 4 and 7) had so much fun! The view overlooking the large expanse of sea was stunning and we loved watching the sunsets. The villa is well located - only a few minutes to small grocery shops, bakeries and a large supermarket. The town of Rethymno is only a short drive away - perfect for dinner or a stroll around the old town. Being close to the National road it was very easy base for exploring Crete by car. The host was extremely hospitable and kind throughout our stay and very accessible to answer any questions. She had kindly filled the fridge with all essentials on our arrival with lots of pastries ready for breakfast. The gardens and pool were maintained daily - completely unnoticed by us as it occurred early in the morning it never disturbed us. Would thoroughly recommend if staying in Crete.

Exactly right

We booked this villa for a family holiday. What a good choice. The villa is just as described, clean comfortable, well equipped. The owner a delight, friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were immaculate and well used as was the games room. Everything cl an and well maintained. Just a few minutes from Rethymno. The local patisserie was sublime. The other local shops also excellent. Easy to get away to visit other sites. Etouri, with Kostas and his team were also helpful and available. I cannot think how this can be improved. 5star.
