My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Im Restaurant werden sowohl europäische als auch kasachische Köstlichkeiten serviert, zwar teuer, aber richtig gut. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr grosszügig, der Pool ist 25 meter lang(!), die Spa-Anwendungen sind sehr zu empfehlen.
Das Personal ist kompetent und stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
