„Das Hotel ist von einer hohen Mauer umgeben, auf der noch 10 elektrisch geladene Drähte übereinander gespannt sind. Also wie in einem Gefängnis. Ist aber in Mt. Hagen wohl erforderlich, da die Kriminalität sehr hoch ist. Man fühlt sich im Hotel aber sicher.“

„Great enjoyed the stay there!“

„Nora went out of her way to help especially when my flight was cancelled and we had to get to the airport by 7am the next day to be certain that I got on a flight. It may seem expensive that she charges 70k to pick up and take you into town but she spends a lot more time than just doing that. She is keen to please. The main problem there is that the internet is pretty patchy but I think that is a problem all over PNG due to the water in the hydro dams being short and therefore a lack of ...

„Das Hotel liegt nahe am Flughafen, jedoch hört man wenig bis kein Fluglärm. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und der inkludierte Flughafentransfer sehr schnell und einfach. “

„Cockroaches in the Unit including inside the Fridge“

„The only place in the City I would classify 4* . A modern, well maintained compound - vigilant security staff (definetely necessary in this city) Hotel is simply perfect and restaurants serve delicious food. Compared to all other Hotels in Port Moresby I have stayed in, this place is an oasis. No cocroaches no rats. Well maintained save and nice place. “

What followed was even more disappointing: despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel, several emails, and speaking to reception and management in person, I received virtually no communication or follow-up. I was eventually told that the charge had been made by the hotel in ...

„Generally good. I did not find any issues.“

„The best hotel in town“

„Staff: very friendly. Airport shuttle: leaves the hotel at the top of every hour. We had to wait a while for other passengers when we arrived at the international airport for pick up but I didn't mind. On departure though, there were too many guests for the 7am aiport shuttle run, it took three vans to get everyone at the airport on time. Had frequent blackouts during my stay in POM but the back up generator kicks in within a few seconds of the blackout. Was in the lift during one of those ...

„The only downside is that they respond to emails. I suggest that they should promptly respond to emails sent to them“

„Great “

„The property is very nice. Great staff. Prices are a little expensive and my room had a mosquito problem. Don't know where they were coming from, but they were everywhere inside the room.“
