For a pet friendly hotel there are no pet rest areas to go. You need to go behind the building to the apartment complex to find some grass.

Gave staff a 5 star because the check in and check out was great. Also too, we were having trouble with our key to get into the room and the cleaning staff that was on the floor came over and helped us. Breakfast was awesome. So much variety especially the hot items.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with lactose free and gluten free options, fresh fruit, many dairy options, beautifully prepared eggs and meats, and many, many cereal, muffin and other bread options. The buffet staff work really hard to see that food stations are replenished and surfaces are cleaned.

The room was not very clean. The side table was sticky and the carpet was stained. There was also a very strong perfumey cleaner smell in the room. I had to sleep with the window wide open while it poured rain outside to clear out the smell.

The location and cleanliness was great. The room was up to date with all you need The complimentary breakfast is one of the best in the city. I have stayed at almost all the Eastgate hotels as well as the airport ones. The only thing the Royal Hotel.was missing for me was a universal machine in the gym. Cardio equipment is excellent but not enough free weights for proper strength training Price was excellent

We had a good stay, the room was clean and tidy with new furnishings but you can tell it is an older building as there was some paint peeling on the window sills and some light wear and tear on the floors. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked questions about the area, there are plenty of food options around and the Saskatchewan Parliament Building is a roughly 20-minute walk north. The area was convenient as the airport is under 10 minutes away by car and the ring road is 5 minutes so getting in and out was easy on my way across the country. The complimentary breakfast was pretty decent, standard for what you would expect from a hotel.

I see that you did stay with us for two nights Harpreet. Full guest room cleans are done on the third day of your stay and light clean on the second day. Bottle water and amenities are definitely available if requested as well as a water cooler located on the main floor. I do apologize that you were left with insufficient amenities and if you had requested, we definitely would have replenished more for you. I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay.

Good overnight stay here, close to restaurants that are walkable and lots of shops nearby. About a 5 minute drive to the airport. Best options for an inclusive breakfast of all the hotels we stayed at on our 5 day trip with 4 different hotels. A good stay for the money

Was not overly impressed with hotel. Hotel is extremely dated and does not have good sound proofing between the walls. Multiple things were broken in the room, the curtains being one which were very obvious yet no one had bothered to fix. Would not stay here again. Much nicer choices for same amount of $$

A very pleasant stay other than that the room was too hot and sat at 24° C when set at 20°, even with the window open to -10° weather. So I had to use the air conditioner. The room was quiet, very clean, very comfortable including the bed.The breakfast room was spacious and not crowded, and the food was varied and tasty. I drink decaf coffee only and they made a pot on demand. The TV was a bit of a mystery but that may have just been me.
