„Just as advertised! Hiked Rams Head trail one morning from the property. It was nice staying on the east side for a couple of nights to hit up salt pond and Lameshurs. Loved that we could use the refrigerator and they provided drinking water. They have a great set up and provide a lot of extras like beach chairs and charged battery packs so that we could charge our cell phones at night! Thank you!“

„The screened-in area that looks out over Chocolate Hole is breathtaking. The flowers on the property are beautiful, and the greenspace is well maintained. „A welcome relief after an unanticipated start, Avis (STT) gave our Jeep away. With our free-wheeling plans dashed, we had to use taxis. In the unit was a list of Taxi contacts along with other useful info. All the taxi drivers we contacted were very helpful, especially Moses. The unit was delightfully quaint and very clean. „Happy Place was wonderful. The home is newer, nicely landscaped, and well appointed with Kitchen-Aid appliances and quality dish-ware. With the pull-out sofa, it worked well for our family of four. It’s a short drive to a nearby grocery, the ferry landing, and Cruz Bay shops and restaurants. Parking is ample for both units, which is a huge plus on the Island. "Wir waren 10 Tage zuvor in einem anderen, ähnlich bewerteten Hotel in Charlotte Amalie und erwarteten demzufolge eine ähnliche Erfahrung. Diese wurde überaus positiv übertroffen. Zimmer, Ausstattung, Anlage, Ambiente, Blick usw. können wir übereinstimmend nur sehr positiv bewerten. Einziger negativer Eindruck war das Restaurant, dessen Service und Qualität nicht mit den Preisen Schritt hielten. Vor allem, dass auf der Rechnung aus der Wahl von vier Optionen für den Tip schon die zweithöchste vorab ausgewählt war, hat gestört und war auch unangemessen. Sehr empfehlenswert ist dagegen der Besuch des Museums und des zugehörigen Shops. Das ist nicht nur von den Exponaten her wirklich interessant, auch der verantwortliche Manager für Museum und Shop ist kompetent, sehr freundlich und weiss wovon er spricht. Der Teil über das Restaurant ist hier zu lang geraten, um dem positiven Gesamteindruck zu entsprechen. Man kann schliesslich auch andernorts speisen. Die Pool-Bar dagegen ist einfach nur grossartig."
